Our family (four adults, two children and a baby) stayed in the apartment for Christmas for ten days in 2024. It was our first trip to Serbia and Kopaonik. Right from the beginning, Mirjana was extremely helpful and sent a lot of tips and information about the property and the area. The apartment had a great location and was clean, tidy, cosy with festive decorations! Everything was a walking distance away, restaurants, shops, the ski shops and lifts! Although the building has a lift, the fact that the apartment is on the 1st floor (with a veranda!) was super convenient as we were travelling with small children. Our 5-month-old baby got a little sick, and Mirjana was swift to suggest the nearest paediatrician. Overall, our family had a wonderful time in Kopaonik and made incredible memories in Mirjana’s apartment!

If you’re looking for peacefull and cozy place, enogh far from rush and noise, but still very close to centre of Kopaonik, this is a place for you. It takes only 7-8 minutes by car to main garage. Kristina is very pleasant host and always there to respond for your questions. Check-in and check out are super easy. The apatment is spacius and everything was clean. My recommendation! :)

The apartments are fully mobilized, all equipment and utensils, a restaurant on the ground floor, many shops and restaurants nearby, many ski rentals. 20 meters to the ski lift, excellent location and your own ski locker on the 1st floor, just super! Very responsive hostess, thanks for the recommendations for local shops and rentals. Very good apartments with their own kitchen, two bathrooms.

First of all, Mariana was extremely accommodating and gave us all the practical information we needed with a welcome drink. The apartment was very welcoming , clean, and actually very nicely designed . Every detail was appreciated, everything we needed was there . Pleasant linens , soft blankets , post-bathing gowns, scented candles , a couple of drinks, and a warm atmosphere with which we were treated to magical snow , which was wonderful To see from that cozy home made the overall experience even more sticky . Next to the walk and proximity to the shops where we are Could have taken basic and a handful of restaurants we got the added convenience of not being up to it Had to drive with car . All together, I can say that this is an apartment we'll be happy to come back to if Our path leads us in that direction . A big thank you to the hostess .

Amazing place to stay. Exceeded our expectations

We stayed in the apartment from Dusans parents for 4 nights. The equipment is not the newest, but you will found all what you need. Dusans parents help us to rent snowboard, ski and show us serbian hospitality. The typical serbian food was very well. The only problem was, Dusans parents didn't speak english. If you don't speak Serbian, maybe the communication will be a problem. The communication with Dusan was friendly and clear. All in all it was a special Airbnb experience and I can recommend it. Really good!

The house was as described and Dimitrii has been an excellent host. We have been able to communicate very easily and he has always been very helpful. The place was great, clean, spacious and with all modern appliances. You need to drive 10-15 minutes to the slopes but you have restaurants, spas and grocery stores within walking distance. I would book again anytime.

The person who welcomed us was warm and helpful. Our golden retriever was welcomed as warmly as we were. The apartment is perfectly tidy, impeccably clean, mosquito nets on all windows, you feel good there. We didn't need to put on the air conditioning, the fresh air coming in from the windows cooled us down. The garden is a peaceful oasis, meticulously arranged. We wanted a vegetarian dish: Milan called the village restaurants for us to ask if they could prepare one for us. As this was not possible, Milan took care of doing some shopping and preparing a meal for us. We had a real feast: typical salad (shopska) with vegetables from their garden (the best of all my holidays in the Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, hard-boiled eggs, delicious bread, and others... lunch in the morning was as good as the evening meal (homemade too) with local dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Don’t look any further for a place in Serbia—trust me, Ivana’s villa is everything the 5-star reviews say and even more. We spent an unforgettable family holiday here, surrounded by nature, breathtaking mountain views, birds singing every morning, squirrels around the trees, and magical sunsets every evening. The villa is spotless, spacious, and fully equipped—smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube in every room, fast Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, a perfectly maintained pool, sauna, and a kids’ playground. The kitchen had everything we needed, including snacks, bottled water, salt, pepper, and spices. Each room was cozy and beautifully prepared, with plenty of fresh towels and soft bathrobes. Ivana is an angel—so warm, thoughtful, and always responsive. Dusan and Marijana, who live nearby, were incredibly kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. Security is excellent with cameras and sensors. We celebrated New Year’s here and can’t wait to return. Truly heaven on earth.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, new and comfortable. Got phone number from shop below to get the code for the key, can also communicate through Airbnb. Sava is friendly and showed us the best restaurant in town - cafe Luna. Perfect location for a stay in Prokuplje. Sugar, oil and salt is provided with the kitchen. 10/10 accommodation:)

Jovana is a great host which is always with you. She helped a lot with all our questions about the ski resort. Apartments are small but rather smart and cozy. Some things need to be repared, but overall leaving here was comfortable.

A clean, cosy appartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The grocery store is around 5 min by walk. I would recommend the accommodation here both for summer and winter season.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house is big, clean, and very spacious — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It's just a 1-minute walk to the center, making everything super convenient. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the private parking lot was a huge plus. It is a very nice and appartement with updated equipment. I have been here twice, because I like the location, and its almost in the center of Aleksinac. Bojan is very nice and helpful. I can fully recommend this place😊👍
