The apartment was great—clean and just a 5-minute walk from the main street. Right next to it is a great spa and wellness center. The highlight was the spacious terrace.

Everything was great. The new apartment has everything you need: a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. It’s easy to reach the gondola station with just a 5-minute walk. There is private parking available. A good restaurant is located next to the apartment building. Highly recommended!

Due to the car rental company regulations, our rental car cannot enter Kosovo and we can only make a detour.A casual search on the map to get through the ground, unexpectedly, Barrus left a profoundly wonderful impact on us.The room was a little small but adequate for everything we needed as a way to stay.

Great place, the host was very accommodating and helpful, helped with late check in and internet access. Would definitely recommend this place.

The place had everything listed, the building has an elevator, the location is great. The host went out to the point of check-in and check-out. The only downside is that the water heater is small and all the hot water is used up quickly.

It was PERFECT, the ski slopes are near the apartment. You have everything that you need for perfect winter holiday. I will highly recommend this apartment. See you next year

Host was very helpful and responsive. The place is great ~100m from the Gondola and there are no queues, it's fast and new. You got some restaurants around and the building and apartment are new and fresh. Would definitely recommend the stay is worth it!

The apartments are fully mobilized, all equipment and utensils, a restaurant on the ground floor, many shops and restaurants nearby, many ski rentals. 20 meters to the ski lift, excellent location and your own ski locker on the 1st floor, just super! Very responsive hostess, thanks for the recommendations for local shops and rentals. Very good apartments with their own kitchen, two bathrooms.

Srdjan and Sonja are wonderful. The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet place near the center of the spa. Everything was clean, tidy, new, functional. All kudos to wonderful hosts and for every recommendation. We will definitely come back again.

I recently stayed at this cozy little accommodation for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. Despite its small size, the space is incredibly well-utilized, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Its prime location on Kopaonik allows for easy access to everywhere on foot. The accommodation is warm and even offers a convenient storage area for skis for those hitting the slopes. The only drawback is the lack of parking on-site, with public parking being quite pricey. Additionally, the pull-out bed setup might be inconvenient for some, requiring constant opening and closing. Overall, though, it's a great spot for those looking to explore Kopaonik on a budget ☺️

Wonderful apartment, fully renovated with excellent kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a double decker all wooden. In the main bedroom there is a very big closet. In the double decker bedroom there is another closet and one more in the leaving room which also has a cosy sofa. The apartment is at the edge of the town close to the ski slopes (5min walking time) and with the possibility of skiing in when snow is enough.

Nice and cozy apartment with everything you need, the view is amazing. Milan provided with everything we needed for our stay. The road to the place is with very steep ups and downs, but they clean the road very well and put salt on it, so wasn’t a problem. There are a lot of parking places. Also a nice pub in the building and also ski rental down the stairs from reception. You get a discount for spa also. The road to the main ski place is around 7-10 min by car. Parking near ski resort is 700 dinars/day, taxi 1000-1200 dinars from your place to ski resort. But near the apartment is poma (drag) lift, so good for skiers but if you snowborder and a beginner, thats not gonna be a convenient lift. Anyway, we would definitely come again:)Thanks Milan

Modern and clean apartment with a lovely view on the slopes. Great host! Coffee machine, parking place, ski locker, sauna, ski-in location - virtually everything you might want for a careless skiing weekend. Two-story apartment is a good option for families as it provides enough space for sleeping, though a bit less for socializing, and kids love stairs.

Sladjana is a very nice host who responds quickly and adequately. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this to anyone.
