The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2013. Centrally located - just 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the inquiry. Depending on the season, the tourist tax ranges from €1.80 to a maximum of €2.30 per adult and there are some discounts with the guest card.

Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.
