Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for those who are paid in advance. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

The rice trap in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. It is a quiet area, perfect for you who just want to relax. The cottage has cooking facilities. Shower and toilet are located at the service section located right next to the cabin, you can also rent a washing machine. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Cozy cottage in wonderful Jämtland

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a time vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely fireplace and hit a fun game. The surroundings offer skis both downhill and length, hiking and snowmobile opportunities. Only 5 km away you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country tracks. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers can be found nearby.

The shelter at Näldsjön

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little cottage. Here you live right next to the lake below our farm with the cows grazing outside the knot. Access to both sauna and barbecue area, and canoe for those who want to take a paddle trip out on the lake. Note: No running water in the cabin, thus no bathroom. Water can be found in cans in cabin. Newly built outhouse overlooking lake and mountains! Hot plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, etc., available to use. Warm welcome!🌞

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book?
