Absolutely fantastic! The villa was not only beautiful and well equipped, but also extremely clean and well maintained. The private pool was an absolute highlight and gave us many relaxing hours. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. From the first moment they made us feel welcome. They were always available for questions and had great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. We immediately felt at home in the villa and were able to fully enjoy our holiday. We would book this villa again anytime and would highly recommend it. We stayed with Ivana for a week in May and enjoyed the time very much! The property with pool and hot tub is the absolute highlight, but the rest of the property also leaves nothing to be desired. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Everything very clean and lovingly furnished. It was also no problem to bring our dog. The garden is escape-proof and the village dogs are very sweet (even if one comes barking at first, it's cuddly). The communication was fast and easy, check-in and check-out flexible (earlier or later than in the description after consultation). Overall, so top accommodation at a very good value for money!

"Wonderful Stay with a Thoughtful Host!" We had a fantastic stay at Davor's place! He is a really nice and thoughtful owner who made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. He even provided us with some fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, and wine, which was such a lovely touch. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whenever we needed anything, Davor was always there to help. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and caring host in a serene setting!

Apartment Ariella is a property equipped with all modern comforts and offers many amenities. The pool is fantastic: large with ample space for equally comfortable deckchairs. The host Igor is not only welcoming but also makes sure that everything is going well on a daily basis and gives you support in case of problems. In addition, with us, he was very flexible on the check-out time. Finally, the location of the property is excellent because it is 20 minutes from Rovinj but without all the tourist crowds that come with it. Thanks Igor!

We had a great stay at Villa Zaneta in Pifari! The house was very clean, well equipped and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great pool and the numerous play opportunities for the children - ideal for a family vacation. The villa is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space to relax. Our children were able to move freely and had a lot of fun. Communication with the host was also very friendly and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed the time here and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended for families!

My stay in this beautiful house deserves 5 stars. Communication was simple and Alenka responded extremely quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay in this peaceful and natural environment. The location is perfect for accessing any coastal part of Istria within a maximum of 30 minutes drive. I highly recommend it!

large apartment on two floors , there is everything you need. the lady ke welcomed us very kindly explained everything ... wifi towels showed us the house and offered us the hot biurec to eat and there was a fruit juice in the fridge, the top. very quiet area where you can enjoy the open air xke has a nice garden with a covered patio table and chairs. immersed in the countryside of Istria we saw a bambi . if you don't like countryside life, don't go there. there is a nice chicken coop with chickens but everything is clean, nice to wake up with the crowing rooster. there were mosquito nets on the windows . spare towels, mats x bathroom , backup blankets. NO PETS IN THE APARTMENT !!! NO SCORPION !!! everything is gorgeous. the really low price of the stay for 8 or 9 nights .

Beautiful villa and a very comfortable stay. Near to a small town for a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy and 30 mins from Rovinj which is beautiful and also around 30 mins from east coast quieter beaches. Host was really helpful with giving suggestions on Beaches and restaurants. Thank you!
