Porch with sun from early morning to 10pm ☀️ The apartment is a stone's throw away Kristiansand city center and it takes only 15 minutes to walk down to the city center. It contains a bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a bedroom. The apartment is located in a house from 1933 so there is some wear on the cladding and we are renovating the basement. Because of this, the site is more chaotic than usual. It is possible to wash clothes on the floor above.
