Villa holiday rentals in Kriopighi

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

The experience was really enjoyable! We would definitely come back! It's amazing to spend your holidays together with friends or family. The backyard is spacious and privately set. The rooms are clean and quite cool. The view towards the shoreline is something else!

The villa is nicely placed in a quiet location, perfect for a family vacation. Its easy to reach good beaches, supermarkets and tavernas by car. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and contains everything you need. I especially appreciated how Dimitrios received us and communicated throughout our stay. He and his family stay nearby and they were all very welcoming. Overall, we enjoy our trip very much. Thank you for everything!

It is a great house with a lot of space inside and beautiful balconies with a sea view! Very private with beautiful nature around the house and quiet neighbours. The cherry on the cake is the beautiful beach in 7 min walk, probably the most beautiful beach in Kasandra, it feels private and quiet with a lot of trees behind the beach! The best place!

The house is situated in a small settlement of single-family houses in a well-kept complex. The house has all the extras, but unfortunately not a shower. There are only bath tubs. We were very pleased

A Dream Getaway in a Perfect Villa! Our stay was simply perfect! The villa was not only beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean. We were so impressed by the high standards of cleanliness it felt like everything had been freshly prepared just for us. The host (Mario) was fantastic super responsible and attentive. They communicated with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. Their professionalism and dedication to their guests were evident throughout our stay. This is one of the best-managed properties we’ve ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it for anyone who values cleanliness and excellent hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

The villa was beautiful! Perfect for families or friends. Very peaceful and private, the beach was very nice and not too crowded. The host was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed.

Christina is a wonderful host! The villa is amazing and looks just like in the pictures but when you are there it’s just magical. The atmosphere, the trees and the villa are delightful. Christina welcomed us, gave us recommendations and brought some toys for our son. He fell in love with one of the toys and we even got to take it home as a gift! We would love to visit again!

Great apartment. Everything is as described , the kitchen is equipped with everything you need , a sufficient number of towels and pastel linen, which was changed after three days . A chic location relative to the sea ( 50 meters) , beaches, restaurants , a village center with shops . Equipped terrace with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The only minus is the water pressure and some plumbing in the bathrooms (there are three). The rest is just wonderful !

We had a great time at Elita and Thomas's home. The description is more than what we expected. The advantages were the perfect welcome, the splendid view of the sea and its sunset. The calm, the comfort, the private pool allowed us to have a great holiday, not to mention the beautiful beaches nearby. The equipment and cleanliness were there. Thank you for introducing us to this beautiful region of Greece through your recommendations, our families were delighted to stay at your place.

The stay at the villa was very nice, the surroundings are quiet & very nice. It is not far to the sea. All household appliances worked well, everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, you are no longer allowed to use the beautiful coal grill outside because there is a risk of fire. But Stelios immediately organized & built us a new electric grill the next day. The pool was clean & was unexpectedly cleaned again while we were there.

The house was great, with amazing views and a private pool. The bedrooms were good sizes with clean linen; bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Menelaos is a super host - amazingly responsive and super helpful. Definitely going back!

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Wow - this is the best word to sum up this place. We just had an amazing 5 days staying in this beautiful home in Kriopigi. The house is very large and was perfect for a family of 6, but could have acccommodated more people. The swimming pool is idyllic, around 12m in length and the views from the top floor out to the sea are breathtaking. If you are looking for an idyllic peaceful location then this is it. You need a car to reach this place as it on the top of a hill up from the village of Kriopigi. The house has 2 kitchen areas and an outside bbq area. The garden and orchard are also amazing. Georgius who manages the house is fantastic. He was there to greet us as planned and show us the way up to the house. He was always available if we needed something. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet, serene and luxurious house for a getaway.

We had a 3-night stay in Halkidiki at this beautiful home. Our host was extremely kind and supportive, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself stands out in the area for being quite new and having a stunning design. It provided a high level of comfort, especially for larger families. The spacious layout and modern amenities made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Halkidiki. The villa was only 2 years old and we were impressed by it. 3 good bedrooms of which the main suite has a balcony too. All rooms have built in closets and 2 bathrooms in total. Host was very attentive and reactive. Thank you so much for your help. We were here at the beginning of October, clearly off season and calm, the more reason to love it. The area is quiet, a dirtroad to the house, about 5min from beaches by car. Pefkochori is a nice town with amazing beaches. We loved the pool. If we have to put down some improvements I would say softer beds (they were quite hard now) and privacy to the neighbouring building with a screen or plants. Also we did not like the cats and kittens going round the house, that were fed by the neighbor. But these points are not important enough to give the villa bad critics. We would love to visit it again.

Petros is an outstanding host. He greeted us at the meeting post and showed us the way to the villa, to ensure we didn’t get lost. The villa is spacious, but private with enough space for a family or a small group. The house was equipped with all basic necessities, including kitchen tools and spices sufficient to cook a decent meal. We felt right at home, especially on the outside patio where we had all our meals cooked on the grill and the beautiful patio area were we enjoyed morning coffee. Unfortunately, weather was not always on our side, however i am sure, if Petros could - he would had it fixed too:)

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

The villa is a haven of peace in a very quiet environment, the blue horizon as far as the eye can see, the trees in bloom and the magnificent olive tree, the reading in the shade of two large umbrellas by the pool. It is in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. A small basketball court in the back, a pedestrian path to the beach in front. The 3 bedrooms are at a distance, in 3 different wings of the building, which offers independence for everyone (hours of sunrise, hatch, quiet weather...); a big plus on vacation! Periklis was a wonderful host, very responsive and thoughtful. We had an unforgettable stay.

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.
