I was fully satisfied with the accommodation and there is a nice and very quiet environment. You can also go for a walk/hike there. And the communication with the host was easy and great. I'd love to come back.

Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Had a super nice evening in the Wellness Garden. A place to really relax and unwind. Private sauna that you can use in complete privacy. The garden itself is incredibly cozy in the dark and it is definitely worth a walk. In the morning a nice fresh breakfast that is dropped off at the room. We would definitely come back!

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

Beautiful place, huge rooms and comfy beds. All brand new! Very peaceful with great view at the spacious garden. Owners are very friendly, they live closeby and came to meet in person, which was very nice. I would highly recommend this place! It has a huge garden in which they have an oldfashioned american airstream and a schoolbus turned around into a tinyhouse which are also for rent!

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very beautiful and spacious location. Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

Yellow cozy location for a cozy weekend away! The apartment was perfectly in order and everything you needed (and more) was present. Super friendly hosts who make you feel at home. It was also wonderful to stay in the garden in the middle of the woods.

We liked the stay at Peter's in Marl very much, even if it was only for one night. Nevertheless, the apartment was very clean and our dog was also thought of. We got a blanket for the couch and a dog basket and bowls were also there, which we really liked. If we are in the area again, we will gladly come back to Peter and his wife.

Was there with two friends and we had a cozy girls weekend. Of course, the location near the Vabali was perfect. We could even reach a very tasty Italian on foot. The apartment is super chic and the bed was really comfortable. We were also very satisfied with Freyer as a landlady and would be happy to come back

We spent 6 nights in this wonderful cottage! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: it has everything you need and more. Perfect cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and a quiet, green location. If you like something different, yet with all the required amenities, this is the place for you. Situated in innercourt place, the apartment is huge and spacious. It has all the equipment you can think of and a large sauna in one of the bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but with all the required grocery shops and restaurants in little walking distance. It is also just 30 minutes walk through a park to the old city of Dusseldorf. The host Daniel was very flexible and provided all the needed information well in advance, so that we had no trouble finding and opening the apartment. Beds were great, both large and comfortable. Also, the little terrace outside the main living room was very nice, as it is secluded and we were lucky to have a warm Dusseldorf evening.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The space was clean, well appointed, and was as described. Communication with the host was always friendly. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you!

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.

The most incredible stay in Baarlo! We loved every minute of it and especially the sauna. Renee was lovely, helpful and was a great host. We hope to be back one day.

We had a lovely stay with the whole family! (9 adults and 3 babies). The space is even more beautiful and larger in person than in the pictures! The house is clean and well maintained, the kitchen is very fully furnished. You can enjoy hiking in the environment. Dita was always quick to respond to all messages. In short, a nice stay in a fantastic place, very suitable for large families or groups of friends.
