This is a perfect little apartment for one or two people. Quiet and restful area. Gorgeous views over the bay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us. Good shower. Clean bed linens. Hot water. Sufficient kitchen for basic cooking. Bring all your own food, drink, spices, supplies. Washer/dryer was a great feature. The stairs or street are very steep but it’s an easy walk to the water and restaurants. No shops nearby, come prepared. No television. Plan to relax and gaze across the water.

great stay at arsenij who was always available for us. The balcony of the apartment was very spacious and gives a nice view of the bay. The price is very reasonable, the apartment is large. small downside lacks a little equipment ( kitchen). feel free to book Arsenij's apartment.

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.

Spent six wonderful days in Tivat at Ivana's apartment. The space is modern and clean with a stunning view out to the sea. Living area feels spacious and gets lots of light. Ivana was lovely- very responsive and answered my many questions. My flight was cancelled and she kindly let me stay in the flat for a few more hours, making a stressful situation a little easier. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The views are unbeatable, the flat is clean and well-equipped, and Predrag is an amazing and helpful host. It was fantastic to be so close to the sea. The only thing I found challenging was the parking. The allocated space is at the top of a very steep road (hence the amazing views from the terrace), and it is not something to be attempted in a small rental vehicle. I am sure it is theoretically doable, but after trying it twice, we decided to leave the car along the main road (Predrag had warned us that might be the case) - the parking in the village was also very stressful and we did a lot of driving round looking for a space, especially at the weekend, as Krasici is a popular seaside destination both for locals and visitors. Overall, we loved the place and would come back, but if we do, I'll make sure we have a more powerful car.
