Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kramerhof

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

We felt very comfortable, everything was right. A wonderful place to explore the beautiful area, but also to be by yourself and let your mind wander. Recommended in every respect!

We had a super nice stay here in the forest house on Rügen. Very clean kitchen and sparkling clean new sanitary rooms. All around cozy, great with the wood-burning stove . Here we were able to make ourselves cuddly and cozy in the evening. We and the children really liked the garden with adjacent forest. But it is always advisable to spray with antizeck spray right away. The sun terrace with sunbeds and the view into the large garden were always a treat after our many excursions. There were many hooks in bathrooms and wardrobe, which was very beneficial for a family of 5. The place Sehlen was great for us, so we had all the right short directions and could see a lot of the island. Thank you very much also for the nice contact, we felt very comfortable here.

We spent some very nice days in this wonderful cottage. Everything is really available for families with small children. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We can warmly recommend it.

The house is superbly equipped, very well maintained and was sparkling clean on arrival. We especially liked the stylish furnishings and the sauna. The location is ideal - water and shopping are within walking distance. The contact with the hosts was always friendly and quick. A clear recommendation for groups or families who want to spend a relaxing weekend by the Baltic Sea!

The place was so great. We, 6 adults, were very pleased with the 3 bedrooms. Two bathrooms and the sauna were very convenient, we were able to enjoy the time very much. Kitchen/dining and living room cozy with the terrace (grill). We had a few windy days, great beach walks. The proximity to the sea is great. Just two houses down is a great restaurant with delicious fish dishes. Communication with Romy and André was quick, friendly and straightforward. Thank you very much

We were completely satisfied & would come back anytime. We were at Frank's place with our baby & my parents. The communication in advance (baby bed, high chair, parking spaces) went smoothly. Shortly before arrival, we will contact Frank by phone. He welcomed us and showed us the essentials. The accommodation had flyers for activities in the area. From here, everything was great to reach by car. Particularly positive was the large clean kitchen equipped with all things, which left nothing to be desired. Frank was always available & helped when there were questions. The highlight was the 26 (if I counted correctly) bunnies that we fed every day. On two days, we came "home" from our excursions and Frank had put 3 cucumbers for us. Another day, we found two salads. Frank is very friendly, not intrusive and always helpful. We can only recommend the accommodation :) thank you

We had a very nice time in the conservatory apartment! Communication and arrival were very good and hassle-free. In particular, the very nicely landscaped and spacious garden is to be highlighted. In addition to many seating, there is also a children's playground here! The living and dining areas in the conservatory of the apartment are also very great and can be opened on a large scale towards the garden. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away! We'll be back!

Even though we were only there for 2 nights, we relaxed... surrounded by animals and nature. If you want to come to rest, you've come to the right place... Thank you! We will be happy to come back. 😃

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open-plan kitchen also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to enjoy beautiful dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, it will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is very clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Freezer, small oven, toaster, etc. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful balcony with plenty of space, where you can enjoy the sun, with a view of the garden. Everything is straightforward, Olaf and his wife are very friendly. We highly recommend the apartment!!!

We spent some very nice days on site. The apartment offers everything you need, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, cozy furnishings and a wonderful view of the harbor. The communication and help was great. Our coffee maker was faulty. This was then immediately exchanged thanks to Christiane's willingness to help. The restaurant is highly recommended! We are still totally thrilled with our great place. The communication with Nico was great and his mother was extremely hospitable and warm. Our children loved the cats on the farm. We were even able to pick up little cat babies. The attic apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. It has everything you need. There were even fresh eggs from the chickens in the farm. The nature reserve right next to the house is just great. We enjoyed the beautiful hiking trails. By the way, we saw at least one deer every day from our window. So if you like nature and animals, this is the place to be. In any case, we felt very comfortable. We certainly haven't been there the last time.

We had a wonderful holiday with Mario & Birgit and were able to relax & slow down incredibly well. The apartment was in top condition, the surroundings were wonderfully quiet and it was only a few minutes' walk to the beautiful natural beach. Every evening we could admire fantastically beautiful sunsets here. The contact with Mario was super friendly, accommodating and quick. So thank you, we felt totally comfortable!

Nothing to discuss: it's a great place for a vacation. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Four cars can easily fit in the parking lot. Very close to the beach and downtown Sellin. In the immediate vicinity, restaurants and pubs. This house has no downsides and the upstairs deck is just insane and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Was a lovely cottage. With private garden. And quiet neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings. Especially the boat trips are recommended.

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... We were 7 adults and two children (one infant) living in the house, which was very functional. We lacked nothing. Dining area both inside and out where everyone could sit together. Quiet and nice surroundings.

Very nice, upscale accommodation with a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of space and luxury. Beach nearby! House in the beautiful forest with absolute peace. No crawling animals in the house (despite the forest). It was a great experience and we thank you for the beautiful weekend. Very impressive that everything fits so well in the house. The house corresponded to the pictures and the description. It is nicely modernly furnished and the kitchen is pretty much equipped with everything you need. We arrived with 3 children and baby. The kids loved that everyone could have their own room and they had their own bathroom. A travel cot was also provided for our baby. The lawn in front of the house also offered a good way to play. Communication with the hosts was always friendly. A response was always very quick to respond. Notes from us were also gratefully accepted.

We enjoyed Jens's house very much. It is very bright, modern and quiet. There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our weekend there. Within walking distance you are on the beach. Perfect for a morning or evening walk. In a few minutes drive you can reach Stralsund with all its amenities. Jens is very friendly, gives excursion tips and was quick to respond to messages.

Very friendly landlord, right next door and always available to help and advise. Great beach in 5 minutes by bike, very small and idyllic. Not crowded. Great bike rides are possible to Stralsund or Altefähr etc. Beautiful , clean cottage with garden and terrace. It was great, we'll be back for sure!
