We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

A very nice house, everything very clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderfully pleasant and we enjoyed it a lot. Iva is a great host who took care of our well-being, thank you again for the delicious cherries🍒. We highly recommend Iva's place.

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room. Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

Fantastic nice house that might even be better in real life. Very friendly and accommodating host who met us at the house and who also had the opportunity to be flexible around check-in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing to use, equally so lying at the jetty down by the ocean. There were also two SUPS that we used extensively. However, the house is located a little desolate, and is suitable for those who want a peaceful relaxation without civilization. The only thing we were missing was evening sun, but we already knew that before we booked that it was missing. Overall, we are super happy with both the house and the host!

Pleasant location, close to the center, quiet, large, plenty of space, very clean and a cool heated pool!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

We had a lovely holiday! The house was beautiful and equipped with all comforts. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful swimming pool, 2 verandas in the shade, a BBQ. The reception was very warm and we were pleasantly surprised with some cold drinks and fresh fruit. During our stay, Ivana and her brother Marin gave us nice tips about the area. The location of the house is great; beaches, restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

There was nothing missing in the two apartments. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The facility corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this place with four adults and a baby. Even before arrival, we had contact with Diana, who gave us all the necessary information about check-in and also helped us to bring our boat into the water by crane upon arrival. In the accommodation itself you will find everything you need for a nice vacation on an island, it is clean and offers a lot of activities (SUP, pool, table tennis, etc.). Diana was always available and had a solution and an open ear for every situation. Transportation from the island to the mainland (or vice versa) also worked great. The property is quietly located and rewards you with the most beautiful sunrise every morning. All in all just perfect and great to switch off and well suited for a nice family time or time with friends. Thank you for everything, dear Diana! We will be back :-)

This place is amazing! And the hosts, were awesome. I think I may have been the best Airbnb experience we ever had. I loved the setting of the house in the country side. It was the peaceful and beautiful. It’s was centrally located for parks and city’s, but gives you an opportunity to experience more of the countryside side instead of staying in a city. We loved it!

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

We (two couples and a dog) had a great time in Ivan's accommodation and felt completely comfortable. Upon arrival, Ivan warmly welcomed us with a small snack of cheese, ham and bread. In the refrigerator, water, milk, juice and cola were also available - a very nice gesture! He even gave us a bottle of his own delicious olive oil. The location is quiet and yet super connected - everything important is quickly accessible. The sea is easily accessible on foot, combined with a beautiful walk. Ivan's presentation with tips on excursions, restaurants and attractions in the area was particularly helpful. If you have any questions, he was always available. An absolutely recommended place to stay – we will be happy to come back!
