Wow, wow, wow! This apartment is exactly as described. Very central location yet so quiet, and I say that as a very light sleeper. The bed was so comfortable and the aircon made an even more comfortable stay. The kitchen was so well equipped, you could easily self cater here. The location is perfect, very very central to shops, bars, restaurants and points of interest. The bus stop isn't far either. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. Do not hesitate to book here, we had a very peaceful enjoyable holiday.

I couldn't have had better hosts, so communicative responsive to all comms. The apartment has to be in one of if not the best location in Old town, great views always something going on outside in the square, being on the 4th floor meant you got a lovely breeze in the late afternoon. Ivica and Katrina also add some lovely personal touches, toiletries to get us started, coffee, tea and who doesn't like a bowl of fruit and another of sweets! The apartment had everything you could ask for. They also helped us to organise transport to and from the airport, there were guide maps as well. So pleased we chose them and their appartment, we will be back.

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Zadar. Jadranka und Boris sind tolle Menschen und sehr gute Gastgeber. Das Willkommen war sehr herzlich und wir bekamen leckere selbstgemachte Liköre als Willkommensgeschenk. Wir konnten uns aussuchen, in welchem der beiden Schlafzimmer wir schlafen wollten. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Am ersten Tag haben wir erst einmal die Waschmaschine genutzt, weil wir vorher schon paar Tage in einem Hotel woanders waren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Unser Auto stand hinter dem Haus, wir sind Zadars Altstadt zu Fuß erwandert, haben das sehr gute Restaurant in 50 m Entfernung genauso genutzt wie die vielen umliegenden Strand-Bistros. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür lädt ein zu langen und kurzen Badepausen. We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

Wohnung war super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten. Tolle Lage - schöner Spaziergang am Strand entlang zur Altstadt. Drazen hat uns persönlich empfangen und schnell geantwortet. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Marijana ist eine herzliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage einfach traumhaft! Vom schönen Balkon direkte Meersicht, zu Fuss ist das Meer in 3 Minuten erreicht. Sehr ruhige Lage!

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Andrej ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben und ist gut zu erreichen gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Alles zusammen ein toller Urlaub.

Mooi ingericht appartement met schitterend dakterras met jacuzzi, ligzetels én zicht op de zee! Een echt pareltje! We kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden... Nin en omgeving zijn absoluut de moeite waard om te verkennen. Pittoresk centrum van Nin ligt op wandelafstand. We hopen zeker hier nog eens terug te kunnen komen!

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, aber ruhig genug, um erholsame Nächte zu genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch: Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Zadar – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

I really have no complaints and was very happy with the accommodation. the property is exactly as described and pictures match it. would highly recommend.

Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. Das Appartement ist super ruhig direkt am Hafen gelegen - ich könnte unfassbar schöne Sonnenaufgänge von dem großen Balkon aus sehen😍 Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebe Petra☀️

Un appartement en tout points Conforme à ce que l'annonce stipule, très propre très pratique avec une terrasse agréable, et des prestations nickel. La mer est à 3 minutes, la plage a 5, le petit café qui la domine est absolument parfait. Après il faut être conscient que l'appartement est un poil excentré de la vieille ville, et pour vous y rendre il faudra compter au moins 1 demi-heure à pied, à moins de prendre les boatmen qui fonctionnent depuis le 14e siècle de 7 à 23h. C'est d'ailleurs le tres sympathique propriétaire qui nous a donné le tuyau!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Herzen von Šibenik. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Die Stadt lohnt sich sehr und von dort aus kann man super den Krka Nationalpark besuchen. Es gibt keinen direkten Parkplatz an der Wohnung, aber Katharina bietet einen Parkplatz in ca. 10 min Entfernung an, den wir gern genutzt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
