Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

Anita 's place was peaceful, clean and conveniently situated. Very wonderful host, very responsive and more than eager to guide and help. Her husband who was at the property welconed us with a lime juice was always there to help us. Thank you Anita and Jayaram

We had an absolutely incredible stay here! The property was even more beautiful than the photos, and the attention to detail was impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, and all electronics worked perfectly. The location was easy to find, offering a quiet atmosphere with convenient access to the main road and the city. Mr. Binoy was very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better. The check-in process was smooth too. I would love to stay here again — such a comfortable and welcoming home!

Great place, good ambience and nice host. We could find everything we needed at the right places. The pool also was clean and well maintained. Fridge, Tv, oven, toaster.. everything was available. And the host was always a call away for help. Really satisfied with the service provided.

location the apartment complex is located at a comfortable distance from the city centre and the Hilite mall is only a stone throw away. the apartment The apartment complex in itself is a good one with ample car parking, a grocery store, a tailoring shop, a Med Clinic & a womens beauty parlor to name a few. Not to mention the food court where you get variety of local food including snacks. In terms of the apartment; it's a well maintained 3 bedroom apartment with almost everything that you need for a longer term stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, has a fully functional kitchen; & all the necessary electrical equipments. The host I must admit this was one main reason we enjoyed our stay here. In my interactions with Abdul Latheef (Latheefikka as we call him); I have found him to be considerate, flexible and determined to make your stay a comfortable one. And he does give you your space; which was something very important for us Overall it was a great stay.

We really had a very good time at stay.The stay is situated at the most happening place at kozhikode, and the access to all famous food spots were very easy. What amazed us the most was the view from the room...it was just mesmerizing!!! Really we could enjoy the breeze and the calmness of the sea.

I stayed at this place for a week with my family. the place is very beautiful and peaceful. In front of the home, there is a ground which was amazing. there is no issue of water. Also AC, washing machine are all working.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!
