Kennedy Town is a trendy living area in HK. 15mins away from Central, the neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafés. Brand-new one-bedroom with spacious living room and patio. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other necessary appliances. Seaview Sublet on Lamma Island

We're renting out our flat while we're away on extended travel. The flat is recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and has two large bedrooms (one is used for home office/guest room), plus a portico. The flat benefits from a serene seaview from its perch on the northern tip of Lamma Island. It's less than 5min walk to the pier, with regular ferries to either Lamma Main St or Hong Kong Island. We're also less than a 10min walk to the best sunset beach in all of Hong Kong.

Dream beach house , perfect staycation. Near city

Perfect getaway from the city life. Kayaking, paddling fishing, beach play, Bbq.. Only 25 minutes by Uber from Kowloon Station, to beach paradise without being completely isolated. Pleasant modern four storey house with the beach right by the house and a crystal clear sea. A BBQ grill in-front of the house is where you will enjoy dinners, sausages, and marshmallows. Kitchen has a Nespresso machine and everything needed for cooking. Helpful and kind neighborhood.
