Excellent location. literally a few steps to bus and mtr stations. resto, stores are all available within a few steps. When you get off the bus from the airport it is like a 1-2min walk (more than 5min walk if train from the airport). price is great for its location.

If you’re looking for a good location, Sam’s place is the perfect spot. Close to most of the sights (cultural center, symphony of lights, good restaurants) and the metro is literally walking distance. The place is a bit small for two people with big suitcases, but manageable for a few days. Helen was really friendly and helpful with the instructions, also responsive at any time. Overall very nice experience:)

the listing was pretty much as described. no-frills, just the basics, you won't be spending a lot of time at home since the space is quite small and you're close to a lot of things outside. the host replies almost instantly which is awesome. all in all I would stay here again

Two rooms, one living room, one kitchen - next to Hong Kong Polytechnic University - around Hung Hom subway station

Lovely place to stay and will consider going back. Enjoyed the family friendly environment. Two year old son had a nice play area in the club house. Great steam and sauna room to wind-down. Helpful staff. Great food availability. Ferry a stone throw away. Free shuttle bus service. Stunning views of Hong Kong skyline.
