It never felt like a rented place.. home away from home❤️ Mamtha was soo welcoming and and I felt like im going to my sister’s place. Yummy surprise welcome gift was waiting for me… Anita was sooo kind and she explained everything in detail so that u dont have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care by her. We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lakeview. We were four people living in the house for four weeks and we absolutely loved it! The house is located in the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. We loved waking up and going to sleep to nature and animal sounds, and the feeling of how remote yet close to everything it felt. You will need to have a scooter, car, or rickshaw to get around as the house is located a bit inland, yet still close to Kovalam beach and supermarkets (10 mins drive). The host and the people who took care of the house while we were there were absolutely amazing, helping us out with all our needs and making us feel at home. The house and the location are even more beautiful than in the pictures, everything was super clean and we especially loved the terrace on the top floor and the pool area outside. I can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pinky’s Villa—it was everything we hoped for and more! The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful interiors, spacious layout, and a peaceful location that made it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We stayed for over a week with our full family of 8 people and enjoyed every moment. The villa had ample space for everyone to move around comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to cook meals. All essential amenities were provided, including a water can, daily waste removal, fast Wi-Fi, and a working TV. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with kind neighbors and a small convenience store just a short walk away. We genuinely enjoyed every bit of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist fast vor der Tür. Es ist herrlich, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und auf das Meer schauen zu können. Raghav war ein toller Gastgeber, war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert. Nithin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Lediglich die Sauberkeit muss optimiert werden und das Haus braucht ein paar Reparaturen. Raghav und Nithin kümmern sich aber bereits darum. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen sehr genossen.

George’s apartment is spacious and in a wonderful area. He is an incredibly kind host who makes sure you have everything you need during your stay. I felt completely at home and comfortable. I highly recommend his place!

After a few days it became our home from home in Trivandrum for a month, Muhammed is responsive, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. There is a beautiful lake behind the apartment with great sunset views, Lulu mall (which has everything you could ever need) is a 20 minute walk away, good restaurants on the main road around the same distance. Staff on the compound were lovely, always there if you needed something, very secure location also. The flat is tastefully decorated, beds slightly hard but that’s just preference. Ac in the bedrooms. All rooms have bathrooms, huge square bath in one bedroom hot water readily available, lots of storage around the flat Front balcony is peaceful with a nice view of the surrounding area, great place to go for a run if heat permits. Requested internet and Muhammed sorted it, a very accommodating host, no complaints at all, really enjoyed our stay once we settled in. Would recommend for long stays, families and groups.
