For long-term lease also! PM for more info. A spacious 1 bdrm apartment with fireplace and sauna in a historical building. Well-equipped kitchen. Grocery store and a burger restaurant just across the street. Bus stop nearby. Apt. is located 1 km from Kotka downtown. Entrance to the apt. is directly from the street. Bdrm (with queen bed, sleeps 2) is quiet, but those two sleeping on the sleeper sofa (living room) may hear some traffic noise. (5th extra person could sleep on a spare mattress.)

Enjoy your stay! Directly from the door to the park, a few minutes' walk to the sea, cafes and marina nearby. Free parking. The apartment is completely renovated throughout and is awaiting new guests. Keyless entry is possible. High-quality 160 cm double bed and 120 cm futon as an extra mattress.

Jumalniemi shopping center is 2 km/5 min away. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The view from the apartment windows opens towards the parking spaces and the park. Free parking either on the street in summer or in the backyard of the house in winter.
