The place is situated in quite area, but not far from the Old town (5-10 minutes by car - around 3 km). The flat is old fashioned and someone may not enjoy that, but there's almost everything that you need for a stay. We shared the flat with the man from filharmony and it can be a little bit confused, because we was 4 people and 2 of us stayed in a living room, but the man was very quiet and leaved the flat early in the morning, so we didn't met him. The comunication with the host was good and we find and enter the place easily.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped and ideal apartment for staying with a family. The owner communicated very well and was attentive. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kosice. I recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is bright and spacious. 3rd floor, no elevator. It is located in an industrial zone, but it is a Slovak industrial zone, so there were no inconveniences. A very beautiful view on both sides of the building. A nice balcony with a barbecue. The highway is 2 minutes away. If you have business outside the city, this is the perfect option. There is no playground and you have to go to the store, but it was not critical for us. All check-in instructions are received in the form of photos, everything is clear and simple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. If you have business outside the city and want to stay in peace (it sounds strange for an industrial zone, but it's a fact), this is the perfect option.

Simona is a great host. The place triggers “monaco feeling”.. we were very happy.

It's a nice house. You wouldn't think from the outside how modern and well-equipped it is inside. Cleanliness, everything was needed down to the last detail. I think it's a good ride: a few minutes walk to the entrance of Suchá Belá. And Dusan is very kind, speaks great English, quick to respond and helpful.

The location is priceless, with a view of the lake. The fireplace was a super-bonus at the beginning of November. The place is just as it looks in the photos, but in reality, it is much better. This place is perfect for those who like to retreat to nature in subdued conditions. We were there with three kids and did not miss a thing there. It was really spiritual experience.

Daniela's place is beautiful. Most things are provided for. Communicating to Daniela was very easy.. she responded right away. Everything was clean and expected. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Daniela!
