Apartment holiday rentals in Košice Region

We stayed in this place for two weeks with small children,everything is great, close to the center,a calm neighborhood,close to shops. We are very satisfied, we will be happy to come back again!

A very pleasant two day stay. The apartment is situated in a novelty complex. The lower floor floor floor has a store. The flat has a private parking space and is tastefully and well furnished. The host was welcoming, explained everything and communicated almost immediately. 10/10, we will be happy to come back next time. Thank you

Everything was great, really felt like home

We felt like we were in our own home, which is quite comfortable. It's a perfect apartment for 2 people, the location is very central. It would be nice to have a kettle, maybe a filter coffee machine to make tea, and I think it would be more appropriate to put tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. I think it is not very appropriate to ask us to dispose of the garbage (because the cleaning fee is charged)

I was only there for one night, but I would have stayed longer. There was everything I needed, the host even left a bottle of wine for me as a welcome. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the center, restaurant and shop even closer. Great seating on the balcony or terrace.

Ella’s apartment is absolutely charming and cosy. It is a short walk to the Main Street where all the sites and activities are. Easy 15 minute walk from the train/bus station. The bed is extremely comfortable. Best of all you will meet Ela who is the most welcoming and friendly host. Great pizza right across the road also. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. Highly recommend.

The place to stay was modern and clean. The host was very responsive, I was pleased with the willingness and helpfulness of early check-in and a prompt solution to small issues. A big plus is easy parking in front of apartment building, balconies - view. I know the location and I like it very much - bike trail, lake. There was no heat during my stay, so I didn't miss the air conditioning, which guests would appreciate at 30+ temperatures. Overall, I rate this accommodation very positively.

Everything was perfect. Condition correspond to provided photos. Very clean, quiet, comfortable apartments. Location comfortable and easy to get to any part of the city. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice, organized, beautiful and is close to restaurants and cafes and train and bus stations. It was a great stay!

The apartment is great: it has a beautiful view of the hills, it is clean and beautiful, and it has many necessary appliances. It is very close to the Technical University and the city center, and there are also several public transportation stops nearby. It is also easy to find and the host is very welcoming. If you open the window in the kitchen, there is some noise, but when the window is closed, the noise is gone.

Great place to stay even for a longer stay, from which you won't want to go home :) Seamless parking, shops close and also a short direct connection to the center. Full-fledged apartment with everything needed, this is how it looks to me!

Very clean. great for one or two travellers in a good location. 9 euros for an early or late check in is too much but otherwise they were communicative, the place was nice and the free Netflix was a good touch.

Rudolf and his family are very kind, helpful people. The apartment is very nice, cozy. It awaits its guests with new furniture, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice, tidy garden and family-friendly as well. There are plenty of games and things to do. There are many attractions in the area. We highly recommend Rudolf's place!

The place was super clean and well situated very near to where all the action is. It was so convenient to have a grocery store so close by. And it was very quiet.

Great Stay with Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, situated conveniently between the railway station and the city center. (both 5-10 mins) The recent renovation is evident, as everything felt fresh and modern. Self-checkin was seamless, and the host was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice, tasteful and clean.. Beautiful garden, all the equipment for a good cooking. The tub and sauna were also amazing, we were able to go boating on the lake, we had a very good weekend here. Jana is a very nice landlord, she answered all my small questions right away and found a solution to all our needs. Value-for-money, the place is worth everything 🥰

Thank you so much for amazing staying. Apartment is much bigger then looks on pictures. Landlord was very nice and friendly wait me till midnight hand me keys and explain me everything. Also he give me bottle of champagne wich was very nice gesture. Definitely can recommend! And i see you in summer again 🤝

Very nice accommodation in a great location, Martin was very amenable and helpful, we had a very good time in Košice.
