A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Aber natürlich gibt es in Wolgast auch einiges zu entdecken. Zu Fuß oder mit unseren Stadträdern, die du kostenlos nutzen kannst.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Seebad Kölpinsee ca. 1 km vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist neu und wird ab 1. Juni 2024 vermietet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie der Bahnhof. Auf ca. 70 m² erwartet eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zweiraumwohnung mit Balkon ihre Gäste. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Lage bietet auch einen idealen Startort für Wanderungen und Radtouren in das Inselhinterland und an das Achterwasser.

The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Koserow liegt an der schmalsten Stelle der Insel Usedom, zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser. Es gibt hier Restaurants, Cafès, Gelegenheiten zum Einkaufen und jede Menge Natur. Ebenso gibt es gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege für die Freizeitgestaltung. Natürlich hat Koserow auch einen schönen Sandstrand. Von unserem Ferienhaus ist dieser in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
