Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kosciuszko National Park

My family stayed at Sarah’s place over the Easter long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Specially during the sunrise time the lake and valley looked picturesque. To quote my 4 year old nephew, “this place is amazing”. Sarah was always responded to messages with great care and provided clear instructions to check in. She is indeed a super host.

This place was absolutely perfect—cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Everything was comfortable with warmth reflected in every decor detail. Emma was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure everything went smoothly. You can really tell she cares about creating a great experience. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely come back.

Our second trip here and definitely won’t be our last, it’s amazing and Sonja is so helpful and responsive, close to everything you need and such a beautiful location, thanks again Sonja and co. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb — it was top notch from start to finish. The home was not only beautifully designed and immaculately clean, but also unbelievably comfortable, especially during the cooler weather. The heated floors were a dream, making the whole space feel cosy and luxurious. Add to that the heated towel racks, extra heaters, and the gorgeous fireplace that warms the entire house in no time, it honestly felt like stepping into a warm hug. Every detail was clearly thought out with guests’ comfort in mind. The kitchen was a standout ,it had absolutely everything you could ever imagine. From quality cookware to all the little extras you usually have to bring yourself, it made cooking a pleasure rather than a chore. Sam was equally fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. We truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-equipped home away from home, this is it.

Thank you Sonia and Tim for sharing your gorgeous estate. Everything is available and some many touches make it the perfectly catered escape to the country for visitors. We took advantage of the mountain bike trail and ran / walked the rail trail, browsed Tumbarumba and a fabulous lunch at another local vineyard. The pizza oven, outdoor and indoor fireplaces were a great way to settle down and relax Looking forward to a return in the Spring

5 stars – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, from cozy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and attractions. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. A great little place to stay near the snow. We were allowed to drop our things in early on the way to ski fields. They also let us charge our electric vehicle from an outdoor power point. Very handy when only one charging station in Jindabyne was working! Alpacas were cute and some lovely birdlife around too.

It was very dreamy place i must say . Witnessing the first snow fallen on the next morning from the big window in the studio. We’ve seen some deers as well and we were excited about it . Location is 10 minutes away from kosciuszko national park. Italian restaurant and a breakfast place are within the resort! I must say the coffee was really good really up to my standart. I was enjoying the sauna twice during my stay as it was the best thing to do after the snow. There is a beautiful lake for you to have your morning walk. So many activities you can do in this resort especially if you travel with kids :)

This Airbnb was one of the best decisions we made for our trip! We came to do the Mt. Kosciuszko hike and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—right in the heart of Jindabyne, close to everything we needed. The place had such wholesome, cozy cabin vibes that made it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking. Super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. And honestly, the Wii was such a fun bonus—we had a blast playing in the evenings. Would 100% book again.

Place was fairly easy to baby-proof (we have a 1 yo), living area blocked off with the pram seat to prevent access to stairs, power points within child's reach was just 1, so adult supervision at all times anyway. View from the windows was stunning - we had a full moon that week so the mountain was visible even at night. House was cozy, doona was warm, loved having the heated floors in the bathroom!

The kitchen had all the essentials - new coffee and cooking equipment, toaster, dishwashing liquid, and even mosquito spray. The heater kept us warm, and the TV was great for relaxing. It's a safe and quiet place, and little details like tissues and other thoughtful touches made the stay even better. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay as a young family of five! The location was ideal—just a short drive to the snowfields, which made it super easy for some fun snow play with the kids. It was also really handy being close to restaurants and cafés—perfect for a warm drink or a relaxed family meal after a day out. Having Woolworths nearby was a real bonus too, especially for those last-minute nappy runs… and to pick up a night light we forgot to pack! The place itself was cosy, clean, and really well set up for families. There was plenty of space for everyone to unwind, and the heating kept us warm and comfortable. The kids felt right at home, and so did we. Such a great find—comfortable, convenient, and truly family-friendly. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this clean, spacious, and well-equipped townhouse. The location was peaceful yet close to Jindabyne and the ski fields, making it a perfect base. We recently stayed at Luke’s Kunama townhouse and had an amazing experience. The place is warm and inviting, equipped with high-speed internet and all the amenities you could need. The beautiful views from the townhouse were a highlight of our trip. Luke was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The townhouse was spotless and exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kunama. The property was near new and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The view over the lake was beautiful to wake up to everyday and the location was so peaceful. About an 8 min drive into Jindabyne, it gave us the best of both worlds.

nice stay, 3 barhroom is a plus for stay at jindy, especially when after ski 8 people stsrt fighting for shower. big super big living room which is also a plus.
