Zenija was a really great host. She responds to messages super quickly and takes great care. Villa Paolo we were in was super nice and has enough space for 8 people. The equipment of the individual rooms was good and thoughtful. Only the kitchen was a little lean, but even there Zenija provided us with more utensils, great service on a Sunday.

Even more beautiful than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay in this accommodation was simply fantastic - even more beautiful than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal for reaching many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail. It exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere - we felt at home from the very first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly committed and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable - our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time - we will definitely come back!

Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

An absolute dream destination. The owner is very friendly, helpful and not intrusive. You feel like someone is there who is happy to help and support. The fence is completely tight, our dogs could get out when they wanted and we didn't have to worry about them leaving. The house is equipped with everything that is important. You can feel completely comfortable here, everything is 100% clean and looks like no one has ever been here. The house is more beautiful in real life than on the pictures! Pool is cleaned regularly by the owner, especially in the morning that you don't notice it (didn't even hear anything) and it is always nice and clean. You can absolutely recommend it, will be back next year!!

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. The place more than met our expectations. Although the first impression from the street was still very inconspicuous, we were convinced of the opposite when entering the house. The rooms were extremely modern and comfortably furnished, the kitchen also extremely well equipped. The private garden with pool and outdoor kitchen was also ideal for our group of 8 and invited us to relax. The separate pool house or the freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms was also a small highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed the time there and can definitely recommend it. ☀️

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Lovely house in a beautiful location! Peace and opportunity for a variety of activities, ideal for two families and children of all ages. Communication with Manca was impeccable. We were there with the whole family. It was beautiful! The house is clean, super equipped, very nicely decorated and is in a lovely location. We spent a lot of time in the pool or left for excursions to the area. The recommendations we received were great! It was a unanimous opinion that this was not our last visit. Thank you!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

Amazing villa with a private pool, sauna and a whirlpool. Modern and very well equipped, looks exactly like on pictures, even though one might think it's just visualizations. Iva was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We were 7 people for a weekend at Villa Prosecco and are very satisfied. Communication before check-in was easy and fast via Whats App. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was explained. The stay was very pleasant and the house clean! There were enough utensils for cooking in the kitchen. To reach something, you almost have to drive or taxi, but you have your peace and quiet because the area is not very busy. It is about 15 minutes to Trieste. Conclusion, for a larger group, Villa Prosecco is a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

We had a great stay at Lukes lovely and clean apartment! The space was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. While a few small details were missing—like tissues in the bathroom and a bit more tableware (extra bowls, plates, and cups would help when cooking and eating twice a day with four people e.g. breakfast and diner)—these were minor things that didn’t affect the overall experience. We cooked all our meals there and didn’t eat out at all, and the kitchen was functional and clean. Overall, it was a peaceful and cozy place that we would definitely return to. Highly recommended for a calm and comfortable getaway!

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

A fantastic stay! What a luxury! Mikela is always there for you! Lovely swimming pool too, still a little cold but with a little practice it gets easier and easier😉. (early May) Lovely quiet area where you can really unwind and lots of comfort of the house and all spaces! In addition, all nice outings can be reached within half an hour - 3/4 hours. Certainly for repetition!

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

Amazing and modern House, we could have stayed way longer and hope to come back as soon as possible!

We had a terrific stay - the location of the house is stunning with views over the water; the pool was clean and refreshing; and the house was comfortable, well appointed and well laid out. The beach just 2 minutes walk was great for salt water swimming (and easy paddle board rentals) and Piran with its cafes, restaurants and winding Venetian alleyways is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll along the water. Katja was a fabulous host - super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay and helpful with local suggestions (and even volunteered to refresh the house for us.) I highly recommend Villa Ella to anyone considering a stay on this beautiful part of the Istrian coast! Our stay could not have been any better!

We stayed 6th at Villa Alloro and were very happy with everything. Maja was very helpful and accommodating. The equipment with Weber Grill and Bosch kitchen appliances was brilliant if you like to cook. The garden was large enough to play badminton or volleyball. It should be aware that you are quite close to the surrounding villas and therefore always have to be considerate, which was no problem at all. The location is a little more remote but by car you can reach everything from shopping, eating out or activities without problems between 10-40 minutes. The price-performance ratio was great. We would come back:)
