Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kootenai County

We chose this place based on the adorable decor and it did not disappoint! In addition to being impeccably styled, this was such a cozy space for a girls trip. The beds were especially comfortable, and we loved making use of the hot tub and outdoor area. Nick was super responsive - when we had a minor issue with the hot tub upon initial arrival, he had it fixed by morning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and am only sad we couldn’t stay longer!

Amazing place to stay. Close to Silverwood. My son loved helping feed the chickens in the morning and playing with Patricia’s dog. Great place. Patricia was great with my son, having him be her little helper. He rode the ride on lawn mower and had lots of space to run around. We would stay again.

Loved staying here, excellent hosts that were responsive and informative. The space was clean and cozy for a nice comfortable stay. Loved the option of being able to use the hot tub and the ability to do some laundry as well. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area and looking for a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back when we visit in the future!

Great location in Post Falls with easy access to restaurants and coffee! Very comfortable bed and third person slept on couch, which was decent. House was very clean, had everything g you needed and Lisa was a great host

We loved staying at the barn! It was close to Silverwood and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

Everything was perfect for our family getaway at this wonderful rental! The home was so clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we entered. It was the right space for our family of five, and our little granddaughter especially loved the nice backyard. We would absolutely love to return and stay again, because we had a wonderful vacation. Thanks for the lovely time.

Hannah's place is beautiful. I can't recommend her place enough. we've stayed at quite a few places and hers was the place where we felt most at home. the neighborhood is nice, the house is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. I would give 10 stars if I could !

We loved Amanda’s place! Easy Checkin, beautifully decorated, very clean, and walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. We rented e-bikes and biked downtown. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

The attention to detail of Michael & Allyson’s place is remarkable! Pictures of where to park and how to access the AirBnB were extremely helpful. Light switch labels and how to use the fan were so nice to have. Every surface was squeaky clean, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the refreshments/snacks are so thoughtful - even coffee creamer was provided! I felt incredibly “at home”, safe, and refreshed. Top notch AirBnB in a quiet neighborhood. Will recommend to anyone planning to visit CDA. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer - next time I plan to play with their sweet doggie’s and chickens! Thank you Michael & Allyson! Give Bo a squeeze from us! 🐾

Lovely cozy apartment for 2 less than 30 minutes walk to the lake or 4 minutes drive. Loads of parking by the lake so easy to access the lake with the restaurants and shops . Very close to the turn off to east of the lake to Harrison.I recommend that drive. Chris and Maria and their wonderful assistance Amy were so kind to us. We left an important document behind and they sorted out fedexing the document .Thank you Chris,Maria and especially Amy !

Great apartment in easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown. Very private, self-service. Very clean and well appointed. It will usually be a quiet spot, but right now, construction starts nextdoor at 7:30am (except Sundays). The very firm mattress will make some people happy. Easiest to find by using an app to get to the front of the house, then go around the corner to the south to find the little dirt alley to the back driveway. Deanne was very welcoming, quick to communicate, and accommodating!

Host were responsive and friendly really appreciated all their help. Home is beautiful and very comfortable , has everything you need plus many extras Bed is comfortable Parking so close to entrance ( no steps ) is a nice extra Would highly recommend

The place is in a great location next to restaurants and stores! It’s only 5 minutes from the lake! The condo was very open and clean; and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

Great place! It’s very spacious. Even though it’s an underground unit, the skylights and windows are perfect for light! The place was clean and tidy except the oven, probably the cleaners did not check to throw out the previous guest’s moldy leftovers. Not a big deal if you don’t cook. The place is very walkable and on a main road but quiet. Parking was easy. Overall, we love it and recommend!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This place was clean and comfortable. It was fairly quiet and felt safe. It has the most minimal of kitchen - just take note of what you'll be needing. I didn't look at the details close enough and expected more. Thankfully it did have a full fridge and freezer so I could store all my food I had planned on cooking and take it back home again. It was a clean comfortable place to be at night while we attended a local music camp.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.
