Holiday rentals with beach access in Kootenai County

We loved Amanda’s place! Easy Checkin, beautifully decorated, very clean, and walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. We rented e-bikes and biked downtown. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean place, attention to details, picturesque views, pleasant walk to/by the lake, friendly host. Has everything that one might need away from home. Would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Highly recommend. Comfortable accommodations in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance from CDA.

The only thing that I would say negatively is the parking BUT they do mention... 'if there is no parking, park on the side street' Which i did. Just not enough space to accommodate for each room. All in all, easy to find. There is a Food Truck lot just next door. Downtown CDA is minutes away. Really good location for these Airbnb units.

The apartment was beautifully designed and clean. The area was peaceful and a 5 minute walk to the beach, short walk to downtown and hiking at tubbs hill. Kandy was a great host. I hope i get to stay there again.

Enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful outdoor space. Loved having bikes available to pedal along the designated bike path, less than a block away! Appreciated the thoughtful details, like fresh cut flowers. Thank you!

The loft was the perfect place for our family of 4 during Car d’Lane weekend. Great location, very private and comfortable, and lots of amenities provided so you didn’t have to stop at the store on the walk back from downtown. Erik and Autumn were extremely flexible with us and responsive to all questions asked. They even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend the loft to anyone needing a place to stay in CDA!

Such a wonderful stay! Cute, cozy, and well appointed. We felt very much at home there. Convenient location literally blocks from downtown, we took advantage of the bikes and went exploring. Highly recommended!

Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. The space is so beautiful clean and peaceful. Mandy was so great when we had a work out a booking issue with Airbnb and we are so appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

What a lovely place rented out by lovely people. They had everything and more with a perfect rental guide for the area. Nice and quiet. I was worried about fitting all 10 people in the house and making sure everyone had sleeping arrangements but it actually worked out perfectly. 10/10 would stay again

Our family had a brilliant stay in the home by the beautiful Hayden lake. We had one of the best summer vacations and had so much to do. We spent time playing in the yard, bbq , watching a show, looking at the chickens, going in the hot tub, exercising and drinking coffee outside. There was some sort of activity for each of the family member. Our baby slept so well and we will have all the lovely memories there. We star gazed at night and we watched the lake during the day. Then we would walk down to the private beach area and it was gorgeous. Thank you Calista for everything you did for our family.

Beautiful space. Paige was incredibly accommodating. Rarely does a rental suit every part of our family.. a mix of toddlers, teenagers and adults, and this space did perfectly. Our only “challenge” was that I was unaware there was no tv. An oversight on my end that the teenagers were grumpy about for a moment, but we all found it to be very peaceful. Love all the small touches that made it feel like a home. Saving this one for future visits!

Great location! It felt very safe, walkable to downtown park, marina, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean, relaxing and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

What a great property! We had a great last weekend in CDA picking up our daughter from her last year at NIC. Whitney's place was the perfect location and walkable to so many restaurants and coffee shops. If we come back to Courdalene we will most definitely stay here! Thanks again! Reid

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

The most beautiful view you’ll ever see and the bed was comfortable! We plan to stay here again for sure!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Great place! Condo was very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to several restaurants, shopping, and movie theater. We enjoyed walking along the nearby trail after dinner and along the river. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!
