Loa's Farm Get Away close to Capitol Reef

We hope you enjoy our space. We provide you with oatmeal and farm fresh eggs as the greens allow. There is private entrance to a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom all private. We have area that if you need to park a truck and trailer for enjoying our mountains. We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down.

Come relax at our comfortable basement apartment with private outside entrance. Treat yourself to a BBQ, have a family game night, take a walk to the park or just relax and catch a show on Disney+ or Amazon Prime. Enjoy our safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beautiful Lions park, skate park and swimming pool. We're only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

Home Base Resort #5

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a roll away bed. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we do charge 20 pet fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.
