A very modern apartment with new appliances, making a very comfortable stay. The main street close by has lots of restaurants and 3-4 different grocery stores within a 10 min walk. It's a short drive to downtown or to the beaches. A great place to stay if you aren't interested in the resorts in Side!

It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is modernly furnished and very clean. The same goes for the pool and the ambiance around it. The complex is in a very quiet area. Always happy to stay again. A great host!

We would like to thank Ms. Filiz, the mother of the host Ms. Begüm, who manages the house, for the place I stayed in on June 06-09. During our stay, she took care of us as if we were her own relatives. The house is magnificent, the pool is magnificent, I felt like I was in a hotel. Everything is as it appears in the photos. When we entered the house, it was clean and smelled of perfume, the beds and sheets were clean and tidy enough. Communication with Metin was easy, he responded quickly, and he was very helpful in finding the house. The location of the house is very close to the bazaar, you can easily reach the markets and restaurants that you want to walk to, I have no idea how close it is to the beach because we went to other beaches by car. Metin's house has all the facilities to cook, our only problem is that when we come home in the evening, the blackberries were celebrating among themselves :) Metin brother, if you solve that problem, the house is great... And it said pool check-in and check-out times, but the pool wasn't open yet

We are very satisfied with the house we are a family guest. It was a nice holiday for our children. All the grocery stores and many stores for shopping are nearby. The beach, side ancient city are very close distances. The house also had household supplies and items to meet all our needs. Mr. Enver, the house was very friendly and answered all our questions right away. He gave useful information about the activities to do and places to see about the environment. We are very satisfied. Beautiful location, great sand beach, beautiful well-maintained complex. You go to the sea among the olive and pomegranate trees and come. The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. In fact, if you want, it has a very suitable area for barbecue and brewing tea in the samovar. Most importantly, Mr. Soner came to us in five minutes when we needed him and took care of your problem. Very understanding and helpful Mr. Soner was a very nice host. Thanks to her, our vacation went very well.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Aysel for her interest. The house was very well equipped for my family of 5. Its proximity to many important points was important. The sea was wonderful. You just had to walk a little. We usually went to the beach by car. The pool of the site was clean and not crowded.

I spent a week in the shelter. It is really a very nice house, which absolutely corresponds to the pictures and is even more beautiful in person than in the advertisement. The quiet location makes you relax superbly. The outdoor lighting is super well maintained by the man on site, Ahmet. Every morning, all the loungers were set up and the pool was ready to use. From the accommodation, you can get to Side and Manavgat relatively quickly. However, it is recommended, if you do not like to walk a lot, to rent a car/scooter or similar, so you can get to the appropriate places in 5-10 minutes. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation in a fantastic accommodation. A big thank you to the entire team. I will be back!
