We had a wonderful stay and felt completely comfortable! The accommodation was very clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. We were particularly impressed by the pleasant ambience and the attentively designed furnishings - you can feel that a lot of value is placed on cleanliness and comfort here. Excellent accommodation in the beautiful town of Dalyan. Both inside and outside the accommodation were immaculate and well looked after with plenty of space for our party of 4 to enjoy the location for our two week stay. Communication was great with Peter all the way through and our arrival went like clockwork. Also, the other apartment owners in the complex were very friendly. Town centre is within easy walking distance and I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Many thanks.

We stayed 14 nights, 2 people. We were very pleased. We found the house clean. The internet is fast, the balcony is spacious. It is a place that is easy in terms of transportation and calm in terms of neighborhood. & Thank you for everything

Recommended, ~ Had 10 wonderful days here in this great apartment, which is bright and light, large, airy balconies, good beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable, good sofa. Short way to most things, we are familiar with the area from before. Got sun loungers on request even though the pool was not open yet, it was perfect in a nice garden, next time we will test it. Once there, I was received immediately. Communication went smoothly and without any issues in English. I was asked daily if there was anything I needed The place was clean and matched the pictures. It is very close to the old town of Side. Again, please!

The apartment and the area were both very quiet and peaceful- relaxing and restful. The air to me felt very clean, compared to big-city locations. It's a medium walk to the grocery store-- half a mile. Lots of areas near the apartment for casual walking or jogging. However, to go to the beach or other towns and attractions, a car is needed. Main highway is nearby, so driving is not that difficult. However Google maps is essential as Turkish streets tend to be winding, and finding places can be difficult without detailed instructions . The apartment is large and comfortable. The TV has YouTube in English, most other channels are Turkish. There are supplies of kitchen utensils and pots and pans-- kitchen and bathroom cleaners are provided. Almost all of what I needed for day-to-day living was there. Tennis court, pool are available although pool water can be cold on days of cooler weather. In sum, it was great. Chris is an excellent host and always was helpful and friendly.

The place was 10/10. Very clean, comfortable and fresh. There were problems connecting the phone to the tv, but apart from that everything was perfect. It was very reassuring to have a host like Mert. A very kind, welcoming and responsible person. Definitely recommended!

I stayed with my daughter for two days in the apartment overlooking the pool and was very satisfied. All the items were carefully selected, clean, and comfortable. The pool and area were clean and large enough. Ms. Arzu was extremely warm and helpful in the comparison. We didn't have any trouble. I can't stay longer. Everyone can stay with peace of mind. Highly recommend.
