First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Aysel for her interest. The house was very well equipped for my family of 5. Its proximity to many important points was important. The sea was wonderful. You just had to walk a little. We usually went to the beach by car. The pool of the site was clean and not crowded.

Mr. Selcuk was very interested. It was really a very clean and tidy house. We were very satisfied with our stay. I just have a warning to the future, because the other summer houses are very close, if you talk a little loudly, the environment can be uncomfortable once they came to warn you. Everything else was very good, I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed with my family for a week. The hosts are really caring and good people. They helped in all kinds of matters. The location of the house is very close to the beach and the markets, you can easily walk everywhere. When you want to swim, you can find yourself in the sea in 10 minutes. In addition, the house was in a very calm and peaceful environment. Everything in the house was very clean and tidy. Likewise, all the towels and sheets in the house were very clean. Furniture, white goods and kitchenware are all new and useful. The beds were very comfortable and all the items we needed were available. Each room has air conditioning, so we were not affected by the heat. It was very peaceful to sit in the garden or on the terrace in the evenings and have a drink. In short, we felt at home as a family. If we happen to be in the area again, we would definitely want to stay here. Thank you again for everything.

Although we booked very soon before the check-in, Mr. Hüseyin responded quickly to all our requests without any watch, first of all, we were extremely satisfied with his attitude. As a family, we stayed with four people, the house is much wider than the photos and more people can stay. There are 2 bedrooms and one air conditioner in the kitchen, it works smoothly. There was no problem with hot water, stove, electricity, TV, air conditioning. Before check-in, the host had bought a new tea maker, toaster,dryer.:)Kitchen supplies are new and complete, pots, plates, strainers, grates, coffee pots, glasses (tea, mugs, shots,raki) laundry-dishwasher detergents, garbage bags, etc. are considered, the host provides it immediately if anything is missing. The towels, bed sheets, quilts and duvets were clean and adequate. If there is a disabled and elderly, the house is on the third floor and there are stairs, which can be considered. We were very satisfied, choose with peace of mind

Nice bright apartment with a lot of windows. Good shower. A balcony in the sun and a balcony in the shade and very clean. Great supermarket and good restaurants within walking distance. Our motorbikes were super safe in the shade next to the entrance. Uğur speaks good English and responds quickly and proactively. In short. An excellent stay which I can recommend to anyone. Also for a longer period.

Almost everything that could be needed at home was available. The location is very close to the beach and we enjoyed our meals with a sea view from the balcony. Since it is located between two hotels, there may be noise from time to time at noon, but this did not affect us negatively. We would like to thank Mr. Murat for his hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The amenities mentioned were exactly there. The house was extremely clean. The toilet can be entered barefoot everywhere, including the bathroom. There was toilet paper and soap available. The bed and armchairs were comfortable. We didn't hear any noise in the house or in the neighborhood. We didn't run into people who could feel unsafe in the neighborhood. The showers have a little low pressure but it was no problem. The host also seems nice and decent.

A full f/p reception brother offered flexible entrances and exits due to my very friendly bus, thanks to the house was clean, the location was very nice, monopoly markets, 1 km, 1 km from the side coastal walking path in the ancient city, you can go sightseeing very easily, if you are over the height of the house, pay attention to the ceiling column, I hit my head a few times, apart from that, thank you very much Recep, if I come back to the house, I will rent the same place again.

Ugu was a very good host! He was very flexible with our check in time, friendly and respectful. He helped us when we needed. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it’s clean and comfortable. It’s 20 min from centre by car , but we didn’t mind to stay in a quiet area. I recommend it!

Excellent accommodation in the beautiful town of Dalyan. Both inside and outside the accommodation were immaculate and well looked after with plenty of space for our party of 4 to enjoy the location for our two week stay. Communication was great with Peter all the way through and our arrival went like clockwork. Also, the other apartment owners in the complex were very friendly. Town centre is within easy walking distance and I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Many thanks.

Wow! We had an amazing stay in Spring 3 at Chris’s apartment. For starters, his communication with us right before we arrived up until we left was 10/10. His response time to any of our questions was immediate. He greeted us with a warm friendly welcome and we immediately felt at home. Chris’s apartment looked exactly like the photos and was super clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable too. The kitchen area and lovely and it has a flatscreen tv where we enjoyed the use of Disney plus. The balcony is really chilled and relaxing with a gorgeous view. We had a few personal issues ie - needed to print our boarding passes out which we wasn’t aware off and Chris very kindly printed them out and gave them to us when we checked out. He also gave us a lift to the supermarket when we arrived which was very generous of him. He is by far the loveliest host I’ve ever met on Airbnb and I will recommend him and his apartment to anyone considering coming here! 10/10, thank you so much Chris!

I stayed with my daughter for two days in the apartment overlooking the pool and was very satisfied. All the items were carefully selected, clean, and comfortable. The pool and area were clean and large enough. Ms. Arzu was extremely warm and helpful in the comparison. We didn't have any trouble. I can't stay longer. Everyone can stay with peace of mind. Highly recommend.
