We had a great time at the place. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The space was exactly what we needed.

An excellent stay in a well connected location. The flat was fantastic - full range of amenities, well presented interior and very clean. Would 100% recommend to couples or families.

Beautiful view of the Rhine in a quiet, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Very good instructions in how to access and use the pristine apartment. Comfortable bed. Parking spot provided in underground garage. Has so many nice features, including dish washer and washer/dryer, and heat pump.

I had booked the place for my parents' visit. Everything was perfect! Very nice apartment. Carmen and Stefan were very friendly & helpful. Communication and coordination went smoothly. A highlight is the pool area, private and quiet in the garden behind the house with a great view over Koblenz. I can recommend the apartment and host with a good heart.

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. A great beautiful village with many small cozy restaurants. (Spanish, Italian, Greek, India) But also delicious German food at the Strunzerbrunnen. All very affordable compared to the Netherlands! It is advisable to book in advance on weekends or public holidays. Good time 18:30. We were 5 people. a great house with a toilet and bathroom on each floor on the first and second floor. Sitting cozily in the garden. TV with many channels. Comfortable! Edeka around the corner and great real baker Die Lohners. We visited Drachenburg and Drachenfels on foot, but you can also take the train from Koningswinter. Big city Koblenz is 40 km away, and Bonn is also nearby. There is always something for everyone. We had a wonderful weekend with the children. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and we lacked nothing. Communication was straightforward and our questions were answered quickly and competently. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, free parking is available right outside the door and you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket. Cologne is very easy to reach. This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It is spacious, very clean and well equipped, and in a peaceful setting. It comes with a big parking space in front, and is in a convenient location, with a shopping mall nearby. At this time of year, with good weather, we were able to sit at the patio to enjoy the garden. Marco and Heike were, as usual, very responsive, helpful, respectful and welcoming. We have recommended this place to friends who are currently staying there. We look forward to staying there again.

The apartment was clean and well located. We felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. We were very pleased with the amenities. We use the apartment to be near the Nürburgring. Actually, this is 20 minutes away, due to a major event some streets were closed. However, it was not a problem, the travel time is extended by about 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful week. Paul and his wife are super nice and helpful, we had cozy chats and felt very welcome. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need. The Ahr Valley is nearby and super nice, but also from the apartment you can walk nicely, overlooking the Rhine. In the village there is a baker and grocery store. Thank you so much!

The place was even nicer than in the photos and we really felt very comfortable. Although there were seven of us in the apartment, it didn't feel cramped, but still spacious. The decor is chosen with a lot of love and invites you to relax. The cinema chairs and projector are also exceptionally great ideas. We fully recommend the apartment. In summer, you should only note that the new train station is also right outside the door and you can hear the train with its announcements when the window is open. However, the amount of traversing trains is limited, so there was no problem for us.
