This beautiful countryside house is located in village Radovčići 15 km to small town Cavtat and 30 km eastern from the historical core of famous town Dubrovnik and just 3 km to local beach and supermarket. (very well equipted where you can buy all food and daily fresh meet ) House Rilovic consist of two bedrooms,bathroom, kitchen and living room, swimming pool, garden with courtyard, barbyque,2 large covered terace, parking. All this gives a unique atmosphera and complete privacy. ( first neighbour 200 m ) Near by (3 km ) there is a restaurants with domestic food and family farm where you can enjoy horse riding. The bus stop is 150 meters away but the lines are quite rare ( 4-5 times daily ) so we recommend car. It is available for 4 person. The house Rilovic leaves no guest indifferent, either one is looking for an active holiday or idyllic peace in nature. Entire house with all amenties on your disposal just for you and your family to enjoy in your holiday. The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

The experience of the Eco Cottage itself is Worth every penny, it is the quietest Place on Earth and you‘re surrounded by wilderness and nature. The Hosts are the Most Amazing people i have met so far on Airbnb. They care about you in every Aspect, helpful, comforting and Open personalities. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

The apartment was beautiful , spotless and the view from the balcony is amazing and so nice to watch the sunset. Very quick response from Sandra and Marina whenever I messaged. Offer to pick up and drop off at the airport arranged for us from Vicko which we used and even offered to drive us to the supermarket. We also appreciated the early check in and bottle of chilled wine . It’s only a few mins walk to the beach/promenade with a few beach bars and the boat to Dubrovnik. It is a lovely walk along to the center of Cavtat with numerous restaurants. We will be recommending this apartment and Cavtat to our friends and will stay here on our next visit.

We had the best stay at Maria and Abel’s place, everything was perfect and they were always available if we had any questions. Location is perfect (10 minutes walk to town but a little hilly) but so worth it for the views. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return at some point!

Kate and Niko were wonderful hosts and helped us with numerous things during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved it was a family owned and run apartment. The apartment is directly above restaurants but it was no bother to us. The view out the windows was heaven sent! Cavtat is such a beautiful village and the position of the apartment meant everything was right there within a few steps. We would happily return to Kate and Niko’s beautiful apartment.

Antun and his family are adorable, we were very well received. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and carefully decorated. In addition, our one-year-old daughter was able to sleep in a very comfortable crib with a mattress. There is no noise, just the birdsong, the view from the terrace is beautiful. There are plenty of places to discover around the apartment which in addition is ideally located for visiting Dubrovnik, Cavtat and even Montenegro, the border is very close. We had a lovely stay.
