In addition, this charming apartment, which has bright rooms that receive light all day and a spacious balcony, is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey building. There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.
