The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small side room individually for us, for friends and guests. Some are modern, others have the charm of past times. Much seems coherent to us, some is still in the process of becoming. So nothing is standard. What has not yet been considered by us and is useful for guests, can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the farm edge, so is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The approx. 50 sqm living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole vacation inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The first floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom; shower room. On the top floor are two bedrooms, also with shower room. There is a sauna for 4 people with a corresponding wet area.

If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, you have all the important points of contact very close by. We offer you the possibility to spend a great vacation with family or friends in a larger group. There are 3 separate apartments each with a kitchen, a great bathroom, a terrace or a balcony as well as at least one bedroom in our vacation home. In addition, each apartment has a free parking space on the farm. A barbecue area is available.

Unser Landhaus Elma befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in dem Ort Vilmnitz, nicht weit von der Stadt Putbus und vom Greifswalder Bodden entfernt. Das Fachwerkhaus steht auf einem großen Gartengrundstück. Es verfügt über eine sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf die idyllische Landschaft, eine große Gartenanlage und einen eigenen Pkw-Stellplatz.
