Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Excellent location for visiting Mljet National Park (the entrance is within walking distance) or simply enjoying peace and nature. Clean, well-equipped, and well laid out. The pool and jacuzzi are definite highlights. The host is very kind and highly responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay! Just be mindful of the narrow vehicle access — it’s advisable for a passenger to get out and guide the driver if you’re using an SUV.

This place was awesome especially if you are a big group! She let us check in early which was so kind and gave us plenty of keys! The place looks exactly like the picture and the outdoor courtyard was our favorite place in the house. Sandra was super helpful especially for members that arrived later. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do.

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The environment is perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and practically right on the doorstep. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was just as listed. The views were incredible and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Ana graciously had candies, fruit, and drinks for us which was a nice perk. Her parents greeted us as she was out of town and her dad was helpful in bringing our luggage down the steps and back up when we left. Ana was responsive to our request for more towels and other needs. The Old Town is about a 15min walk though many stairs are needed to get there; however, a quick taxi or Uber back is easy to get. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

To me, this was the perfect place where to stay in the old town of Dubrovnik. Mia was just extremely accommodating and helpful: one of the best Airbnb hosts I had. The apartment is truly nice for single or a couple. Ample, charming bedroom. comfortable bed. AC works. The living area / kitchen is on the smaller side but when you visit Dubrovnik, it does not really matter: what matters it that you are tuck away in a small quiet alley 40 meters from the main street so walking distance to all the museums and attraction of the old town. You really feel like living in this historical place and still enjoy tranquillity and comfort. All was very clean, wifi fast and reliable. To be noted: one easy flight of stairs. I highly recommended this apartment and Mia as a host.

The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. lovely stay, v relaxing and beautiful property in a wonderful location. irena was v welcoming and super helpful and took the stress out of airport transfers by booking taxi for us. she has a lovely eye for detail.

The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

We wanted to stay somewhere that didn't have alot of steps (hard to find in Dubrovnik!). Milo's and Minela's place was perfect. A supermarket right across the road and next to that are about 30 shallow steps down to a fantastic promenade where there are cafe/bars, lots of restaurants.l and a few touristy shops. At the end of the promenade is Sunset Beach. All perfect!

Sonja welcomed us to the flat and gave some excellent recommendations to make the most of our stay. The flat was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Bus stop was close by and there were lots of nearby restaurants and the beach. It was great to have all the cooking appliances to make an easy dinner. Would visit again.!

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

A beautiful apartment with a great view and a fabulous pool close to the centre of the town. It’s a short walk up the hill … easier on the way down than back up to the apartment! Cavtat is a really stunning location and the apartment was perfect for the 9 days we spent there. Really helpful and accommodating host and we will definitely return!

Amazing hosts who made us feel so welcome and helped with getting us a takeaway on late arrival, restaurant bookings and removing a bug from our balcony! The view from the balcony and pool is amazing… we stayed in to watch the sunsets. Supermarket and bakery ten mins walk but there is also supplies like milk and drinks at reception. We used uber a lot for the Old Town, port for boat trip and lapad beaches ….very reasonable prices.

A beautiful place to spend a few nights in Dubrovnik. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to the old town, we preferred the quiet location here and beautiful views from the terrace. There isn’t much in way of eateries nearby except a pizza place that is ok ish. The second night we stayed we picked up food from the old town and bought it back to the apartment- the chilled vibe here was just what we needed after a busy few days sightseeing in other parts of the Balkans. The host was kind enough to drive me to the local shop to pick up fruit and drinks etc. Ana treated us to a yummy homemade cake which was such a lovely surprise. We only wish we had longer there!

Sandra, Mato and co were incredibly helpful from the outset, texting and asking if we needed any help or assistance and even offered to organise airport transfers for us. They were there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the facilities. They even took time to talk us through the local area, restaurant recommendations and food tourist spots. The apartment was everything we needed and was ideally located so we were always close to anywhere we needed to go. I couldn’t recommend this more, we were incredibly happy with our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!
