Family-friendly holiday rentals in Koloa

Veronica’s condo was exactly what we needed to enjoy our Honeymoon in Kauai! The location was our favorite aspect, you could get to each side of the island within an hour and we did so many activities that the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as described and the pool and grounds are beautiful. The sunrises from the beach right out front are gorgeous and we really enjoyed all the chickens running around. We would absolutely stay with Veronica again in Kauai.

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

We loved our week spent here! It is the perfect size for a couple and has everything you need to enjoy a week on Kauai. Host was very responsive and proactive about informing us of all the details we needed to know about our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here, we’ll be back for sure!

this is a great, modern, roomy, well equipped condo. the only negative thing we have is that the bedroom is close to a busy road so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise you will probably not get a good nights sleep. we used ear plugs which helped.

This location was perfect! Very central with tons of things to do around. The place had everything you need.

Great location, near Poipu Beach, great view of the ocean. Lots of beach equipment for our use. It's within walking distance of the beach where sea turtles rest. Near restaurants and coffee shops. One drawback was that those sleeping in the converted bedroom on the 3rd level had to use a shower in one of the other bedrooms. Otherwise, perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The space was perfect for me and my wife to relax and enjoy our time in Hawaii. It’s located in one of the best areas of Kauai—Princeville—which made it even more special. We felt right at home and appreciated all the small touches that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained getaway!

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. There was a power outage the moment we got there so things were a little confusing. Cleaning people arrived shortly after we communicated with Annie and we found out the whole area was without power. We went to Foodland, only 5 minutes away, to see if we could pick up any groceries there and then power came back on. So we were able to grab some snacks and dinner. Then get officially checked in. Annie was very responsive and let us know what was going on a best as she could. We were very comfortable there. Slept well. Listening to the rain showers or birds chirping. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Liuni's place was incredible! We rented a couple houses in the neighborhood for our group, and could not be happier with Luini's home and her and Tanya's support throughout our stay. Communication was amazing, the house was incredibly clean, amazing location, and had everything we needed. It's in the neighborhood of Queens Bath which is a must-see in Kauai and makes it SO easy because parking is not always accessible for that trail, but we could just walk to it! I highly recommend staying here. It is absolutely worth the price and was so nice to be able to sleep our group of 7. I am so grateful for this experience and Liuni and Tanya's kindness and flexibility with our group.

It’s easy to see why Cash is a Super host! His Princeville home is a fabulous place to visit. From the moment we walked in the door, we couldn’t believe our eyes! His view of the Pacific is awe inspiring! Much of our time was spent on the veranda. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner alfresco! His kitchen is fully stocked with items to easily prepare meals. The ac bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were great! It was as if he has 2 master bedrooms. Great for couples or families! Having beach equipment was very convenient. We even used his provided cooler for picnic lunches on the beach like Cash suggested. Truth be told on check-out day, we didn’t want to leave! Heaven on Earth!

Absolutely would stay at Jessica’s listing again. Fantastic host! She dropped off a fresh batch of beach towels for us without even us asking. Great host great location! 10/10 would recommend you won’t be disappointed.

The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and such. Such a beautiful area to stay. The condo could use a little deep cleaning but I realize the housekeeper has limited amount of time between guests.

Tiana was a wonderful host and the home was perfect for our family's visit to Kauai! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to visit with her during the week when she brought us some fruit grown by her family! Great recommendations on different area beaches and activities. Loved the home, the spacious gathering places, A/C when needed (but not needed much!), and the location within walking distance of a number of beaches, which was perfect for us. Very clean. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. The boogie boards and beach equipment was super helpful (used every day!). Will definitely stay here again when we return (hopefully soon!).

The condo was super clean and in a great location. The property grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. There is an orchid garden right next to the main office. Check-in was very easy and fast. There are clean grills scattered around the property including some overlooking the ocean. The short walk to the beach is easy and downhill. You can walk from the property beach to Poipu beach in minutes. The condo is well appointed and spacious. The main level houses the kitchen and living area; the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. We enjoyed the balcony on the main level and the lounge chairs outside off the master. The bed in the master although a bit soft was comfy. The condo has a little wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and now, a new adult life jacket we bought and left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at K’s property.

We loved our stay here! The beach view was stunning and we woke up every morning with beautiful sound of waves and the sunrise. Apartment had everything we needed with beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. Bed was comfy and apartment was really clean! Close and walkable to a lot of things and a short hop to a view point (The Beach House) with the best sunsets.

Hard to beat a five minute walk to the ocean and to amenities like restaurants and little shops. Fully stocked home and great for a couple or family to enjoy all the Po'ipu has to offer!

Our spot had great amenities and a good view. Only minor issue is the very tight spots in the parking area. Lots of communication from the front desk was appreciated, though we did not necessarily need it. One great thing we found that we want to tell everyone about is that there is a free Poipu shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the local restaurants and beaches, it runs from 5-10pm.

Nice home, great for our family of 6. Each bedroom was the same size as the master, each with similar bathrooms which were big and spacious. Great home. Slightly older furniture but in good condition. Pool was nice and enjoyed having a hot tub. Would stay here again. Also is a very good location for poipu, on a golf course and neighborhood is great for walking and biking.

My family of 4 loved this place! Beautiful location and the upstairs lanai was a favorite hang out spot and watch turtles in the water below. It was within easy walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu Beach. Host was responsive, condo had what we needed.
