Uttam is a responsive host, we wanted to book a flat he suggested to go for cottage to my utter surprise it was absolutely worth it. rustic feels, 1950's vibe and peaceful location it has it all. Homemade food facility is available.

Great place to stay with the family. The view is beautiful and exactly as the photos. The architecture is amazing. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked pretty. We will definitely like to stay here again and recommend others to try. Feedback to the owners - an easier way to contact the caretakers like intercom would have been more convenient. Also written instructions to operate the AC, Ceiling fan etc. would be helpful.

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!

I booked this property last minute yet everything was effortless. This property is sparkling clean and offers delicious local cuisine. The swimming pool is well maintained and has great views. This is one of the few properties which match the listing photos. Overall I had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend.

A Perfect Retreat: Luxurious and Serene Villa Stay Our recent villa stay was an absolute delight! Nestled in a serene location, the villa offered the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, making me feel right at home. The villa itself was beautifully designed, with spacious interiors, tasteful décor, and top-notch amenities. The private pool was a fantastic addition, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The lush garden and outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxation, whether it was sipping morning chai or enjoying an evening under the stars. The service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive. The staff ensured that every need was met, from personalized meals to thoughtful arrangements. The food was delicious....There is definately no place like home but this Villa became our home for those 4 Days.. Overall, this villa stay was a perfect escape from the hustle of daily city life.

This is a wonderful place to stay and at amazing location. You can expect well maintained bedrooms with clean rugs, clean balcony areas, well equipped kitchen with fridge and utensils. Good arrangements done by the host in time according to our checkin timing. Look forward to visit again...

Akshay's place was perfect for our family vacation to Kolhapur. We were traveling in a large group and a major part of the trip's success was the wonderful stay at Aathvan. Akshay's father (Mr. Sanjay Pandit) was the perfect host and he was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. The property is located in a quiet area and my 4yo enjoyed all the trees, birds and animals nearby. It is a 15 min drive from the Mahalakshmi temple and other landmarks in the city. Thank you to the Pandit family for being such great hosts and will look forward to staying there again in our next visit to Kolhapur.
