Lovely annex with lots of options

Accommodation of approx. 22m2 with ceiling, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with fridge and induction hobs. The annex is placed as an angle on the carport/utility room and is located in the garden. There are 4 sleeping places, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/bedding/ towels/ kitchen towels are for free use. A washing machine/tumble dryer can be borrowed, however, just as the glass house is for free use with the host couple. The property is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest as well as 8 km from Juelsminde.

Holiday apartment totally new renovated with new kitchen/living room in one, the kitchen is with induction hob, hot air oven and fridge/freezer. Large tiles on the floor with underfloor heating. At the end of the room there is an entrance to a nice large loft with up to 4 sleeping places. New bathroom with shower and toilet. New bedroom with double bed that can be shared for 2 single beds if desired. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. The garden is fenced and with 2 doors so you can completely close off if you have a dog. Parking near door

2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with new kitchen and bath. Access is easy via code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own accommodation. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. There is about 700 meters to shopping and bakery. Cosy and peaceful garden, where no facilities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss Islands. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Absolutely attractive, welcoming, and child-friendly home with room for both immersion and play. Large garden area. The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private deck area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and bird life. There are two large bedrooms where it can sleep 3 and 4 people respectively. Baby alarm and Blackout curtains in both rooms. Annex in lovely country house

Lovely annex's scenic nestled by rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels included TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German Shepherd dog (Boris) who loves to have a visit.
