With a location right down to the Little Belt, there is plenty of opportunity to take a dip all year round with a subsequent hot shower in the house's outdoor shower. The space The house contains a kitchen/living room with heat pump, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. Here is a dishwasher, WiFi, TV with Chromecast so the tenant can/must use their own TV package. Around the house, there is garden furniture that invites you to relax and stay outdoors. You can also use the house's two bicycles.

Cottage with a fantastic location on the south side of Kolding Fjord. The house is 60 m2 with a large private terrace and a large garden with lawn all the way down to the beach. There is access to a shared private bathing jetty. The house is located high above the fjord and guests can enjoy the most amazing view with sun all day from the terrace. There is private parking at the house with space for 2 cars. On the property, there is a private vineyard, pentaque court, outdoor fireplace, lots of cozy nooks and a covered small terrace.

Summer homes are rented right by the beach A view of the water and beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the whole place to yourself, 130 sqm, divided on 2 floors. It consists of a kitchen/living room, entrance, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a lovely large garden with terrace. Approximately 1.5 km to the icehouse, where you can also pick up morning bread and a small kiosk with a barbecue bar, which is open all summer and approx. 1.5 km to the campsite with a pool, which you can use for a small amount.

Our names are Anna and Rasmus. We and our two children love cozy moments in our summer cottage, Rønnebo. The house has belonged to the family for several generations, and it therefore has a special significance for us. After a renovation, the house has become the magic gem we've been dreaming of. Here we find peace in nature, and when we leave here, we always bring home lovely memories. Our two girls love to walk barefoot all day and visit the ice cream parlour at the harbor several times daily.

Udsigten ud over Bæltet og gåture langs stranden er egentlig rigeligt i sig selv - hvis vi selv skal sige det - men der er også masser af alternative udflugtsmuligheder, f. eks. Bridgewalking, marsvinesafari eller en tur i Madsby Parken i Fredericia.
