Apartment holiday rentals in Kolding Municipality

Small but cozy apartment, which is mainly centrally located. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Public transport as well. I stayed here for 2.5 months during my semester abroad and loved it. Communication with Jeppe also always worked smoothly and quickly.

On our road trip, we made a short stop at Rita's. Rita always responded quickly and was always helpful. The accommodation matched the description and was clean and had everything to offer for my girlfriend and me. We gladly recommend Rita's accommodation.

The apartment was clean, pleasant and well equipped, and comfortably warm even though we stayed in winter. The host was helpful and provided a good set of cooking basics when we requested them. It's an easy walk around the lake to Kolding centre to get to groceries and shops, and to/from the train station. Note that the laundry facilities are in an outhouse not in the apartment itself, and there are allocated days to use them (two days per week); also, the shower tended to run out of hot water quite quickly, so best to shower quickly!

I have stayed here for 9 weeks due to study and am very satisfied with the apartment. It is within walking distance to the city, gym, and incredibly nice hiking surroundings. The host welcomed me when I arrived. He is very friendly and responds quickly. I will be back for sure next semester. Thank you for me :-)

Dear Dorte, Thank you very much for letting me move into your apartment very spontaneously and for the courteously. The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and tasteful without "flea market hodgepodge". I really enjoyed the beautiful balcony with a "deer view", and I thought it was great that there was a supply of candles. Of course, the motorized slatted frame was also a highlight. For the bedroom, however, I would have liked bedside tables and reading lamps, and the fact that the roller blinds are practically only privacy screens, as they hardly darken the room, takes some getting used to if you normally sleep in dark rooms. We felt very comfortable right away. It was so nice to be so close to the sea. The accommodation was personally designed. We were greeted by many fresh flowers.

Tatjana was lightning fast after we couldn't get our actually booked place from another host because it was so dirty! Tatjana's place is clean and tidy. There is everything you need. You can easily live there with 5 people and a dog. We didn't get to meet in person, but the communication was great. Thanks 🙏 to Tatjana

Too bad you can't give 10 stars. Communication with the hostess was quick and straightforward. Rooms were very well equipped. The garden could be used, even the garden furniture and grill could be used. The breakfast was super delicious. Bread and rolls were always homemade. Guest requests were responded to. The hosts were very open and friendly. Overall, highly recommended. Communication was in English and partly in German. We will definitely be back.

Just as expected. Clean and usable for a quick overnight stay on the trip.

Bright, friendly apartment, beautifully decorated in detail without being playful or overwhelming. Very friendly couple, quiet neighborhood, great parking on the property, small welcome greeting. For us, a great location, 15 minutes' walk to the old town, also a good location for exploring the surrounding area (Southern Denmark) Spacious apartment, we felt comfortable all around.

We visited Mariannes place with a 3yr old toddler. The apartment is ideally situated in the old part of Haderslev. You can park your car for free on a parking lot which is a 3min walk from the apartment. The interior is very carefully chosen and provides a peaceful atmosphere. Our toddler had a nice time with the wooden train tracks which Marianne provided. We would definitely visit again!
