Holiday rentals with beach access in Kolanjski Gajac

Ubytovanie v klimatizovanom apartmáne bolo vynikajúce, všetko čisté, funkčná práčka aj umývačka. Terasa s nádherným výhľadom. Výborná poloha, len pár krokov do mora, mohli sme využívať súkromné lehátka a slnečníky, ako bonus aj paddleboard. Ana je skvelá a vždy nápomocná hostiteľka. Odporúčam všetkým čo chcú prežiť úžasnú a pokojnú dovolenku. Ďakujeme Ti milá Ana, cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne.

Ho soggiornato nel Bnb di Katarina per una settimana con 3 mie amiche e l’esperienza è stata ottima! L’appartamento era pulito e molto accogliente e ci siamo sentite subito come se fossimo a casa. Un altro grande punto a favore è la posizione, vicinissima alla spiaggia, e una fantastica vista sul mare dal balconcino. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ospitalità e la disponibilità di Katarina e di sua figlia che hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Consiglio caldamente questo Bnb!

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). Ein sehr schöner Ort um zu verweilen. Jelena, die Mutter von Marija ist vor Ort und sehr nett. Sie bäckt auch sehr gutes Brot und sie hat mich sogar auch auf einen Fisch eingeladen. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.

Wir haben 2 Nächte bei Erika verbracht, als Zwischenstation zu unserem eigentlichen Urlaubsziel. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Am Ende der Straße Richtung Meer - ein paar Gehminuten - gibt es einen kleinen Bäckerei Stand und ein Restaurant. Die Lage ist perfekt um mit dem Auto zu diversen Ausflugszielen zu gelangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

A neat apartment with real car slot (usable not something where you hide your car) close to a nice pebble beach with all you'll need to a pleasant vacation. Good kitchen (with some goodies :D ), nice knives (a rare find!) full of good pots and everything else too. There are exactly as depicted in the pictures. Last floor with stairs only but not a real issue. The building is quite new as well and the balcony is the amazing part. Where you will take all meals contemplating the beautiful sea. All the described appliances worked fine, and were really useful for a family vacation (dishwasher and washing machine at most). I really recommend the beach restaurants and the Pizzeria Napoli 10 min walking in the sea street.. really amazing to complete the city center nearby and other nice details of the region. We went there in July/August and had an amazing time full of sun! The island is pretty nice and this region is a nice surprise to us. Well recommended.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden hier und sehr zufrieden. Die Villa hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Check-in und Check-out waren einfach und Andrej war immer schnell erreichbar. Danke, für den schönen Urlaub!

l'appartamento è essenziale ma completo, ci siamo trovati bene con due adulti e 3 bimbe (una di 1 anno). mancano solo le zanzariere per il resto è perfetto. la spiaggia sotto casa ripaga le punture...

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jedesmal schnell auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen geantwortet haben. Kleine oder auch etwas größere Supermärkte sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso befinden sich auch Restaurants nicht weit weg. Dennoch ist die Umgebung stets ruhig und man kann den Urlaub problemlos genießen. All in all gibt es nichts zu meckern und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Our family enjoyed our visit to Pag Island. Beata's place was very modern and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity of activities in the town of Pag but peacefulness of the location away from town.

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war super! Alles wie auf den Fotos. Man ist umgeben von 2 weiteren Ferienunterkünften, hat aber durch den hohen Zaun trotzdem seine Privatsphäre. Die Gastgäberin war sehr freundlich und konnte uns auch immer weiterhelfen und Empfehlungen aussprechen!:) Gerne wieder!

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Marin è un host fantastico, cordiale, gentile e amichevole! Disponibile per qualsiasi problema, in grado di comunicare sia in italiano che in inglese. L'appartamento è supercarino, dotato di due stanze e due bagni, un grande salotto, una cucina e una terrazza riparata super piacevole! La casa offre tutti i comfort di cui si necessita ed ha un'ottima posizione, per cui per chi come noi non ha la macchina è davvero semplice spostarsi a piedi da lì e raggiungere le navette per Zrce oppure la spiaggia di Novalia. Esperienza davvero top! ;)

Miejsce jest cudowne, blisko do plaży i ten widok 😍. Pobyt był wspaniały i jesteśmy pewni, że wrócimy. Katarina odpowiada super szybko na każde zadanie pytanie. Czuliśmy się bardzo, bardzo dobrze w tym apartamencie i już tęsknimy 😅
