Surrounded by wonderful hiking areas and the cities of Bayreuth and Kulmbach in beautiful nature, 70 square meters are waiting to relax and feel good. The center of Kulmbach can be reached in about 5 km and Bayreuth in about 20 minutes. Parking is available free of charge. In addition to two bedrooms, another room is available to get together to end the day nicely even in bad weather. In good weather, the garden behind the house can be used. Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.

The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

I had a wonderful stay at Nadine and her family’s place. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is calm and peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The wooden house is stunning, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. Idyllically located and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment – ideal for two. Not only the house and yard dog Nemo greeted one very friendly, but the family is also very nice and helpful. You can relax in the apartment and on its balcony - between cattle and fallow deer - but also pursue various outdoor activities in fairytale nature in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We stayed in the apartment with seven adults and one toddler. In the four bedrooms we all had great space. The ascent to the house and to the top floor apartment is not accessible but for those who walk well are not an issue. There are numerous restaurants 10 minutes away. TandoorWerk and Kommunbräu are highly recommended. There are small hikes in the area and just behind the house you can reach the castle within 15 minutes. Nice location for a weekend with more people.

We were here for the third time and look forward to the next time! Cozy, functional and everything you need is available. The location is unique and even in bad weather you can comfortably get under the canopy and start the grill. I would be happy to come back.
