Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kobarid

Very clean and spacious with a vintage feel. Very quiet at all times. Had everything we needed and a friendly host. Felt very private with our own space away from the main property.

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

This is a gorgeous renovation of a pretty stone barn with lots of style - a true architect's house. We loved the big windows upstairs, because it can be difficult to find homes in Italy with large windows and lots of natural light during the day. Federica has designed low lighting for evening throughout the house. It's very quiet at night, and we slept really well. The neighbours are all polite and respectful to each other, and to us as guests. It's wonderful to experience what it might feel like to really live in this part of Italy, which is very different to other parts. Federica is very responsive and helpful, and obviously a very good architect!

This place was the best outfitted Airbnb that we have stayed in. We needed nothing. The beds were very comfortable, ac worked great, kitchen had quality equipment, basic cooking needs like coffee, sugar, spices all there. Couches comfortable, great outside patio and balcony with good furniture. A working gas grill. And grill utensils. Cleaning supplies we needed since we were there 5 days. All was excellent. We were very happy and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Super weekend in the name of relaxation, the host was not very kind, but I was super well again thanks to Francesco and his wife who were super kind and helpful, I will definitely come back as soon as I can 😌🫶🏽

Host was super nice and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless down to every corner of the house, not a corn of dust in sight. Also it’s nice that the kitchen has all essentials already available so it was a very functional kitchen as well.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to further discover this interesting region.

Nika and Luka were absolutely amazing. Their place was impecable and it was in the perfect location. They also added personal touches to the apartment that made it feel like home. eIt was a nice time in the secluded mountain village. We had the house to ourselves and came hiking directly into the mountains.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, the amenities were good. Also the location was great. Every now and then the neighbors were a little loud in the morning, the walls are relatively thin, but otherwise it is pleasantly quiet.

Excellent place for a larger group. There is a small nice garden as well.

Absolute gem! Nestled in the heart of Soca Valley, this place is bright and clean surrounded by the rivers and mountains. A local trail through the fields leads to the Soca and Ucja river (10 mins away). There's a cute local market just across the street stocked with all your basic needs, and a pizza restaurant next door (pizza was hot and ready in 5 mins!). We stayed for 4 nights but could have easily spent months in this perfect place. Highly recommend! Amenities as listed including access to a washer/dryer in the building basement. Our dogs were allowed for a basic fee of 15 euros per pet/per stay.

We spent wonderful days in Marušas apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Maruša in person, but her father was always there for us. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We used the sauna a lot. The area is very idyllic and quiet. It invites you to take wonderful walks. There are some good restaurants in the neighboring towns, especially in Bled. We definitely give it a 5⭐️!

We spent 4 wonderful days in Rateče in this ideal apartment for those looking for tranquility, nature and comfort. The house is spacious, spotless and equipped with everything you need, with a spectacular view of the Triglav National Park — waking up to that view was really special! We stayed with our husky, who loved the garden and the walks in the surroundings. The village of Rateče is very quiet, especially in the evening: perfect for relaxing completely or for enjoying long walks surrounded by greenery. A truly appreciated thought was the gift that was left for us during the stay, a kind surprise that made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and regenerate in the midst of Slovenian nature!

Wonderful apartment. Like many others have mentioned, it is at the very top of many stairs (69) , but it’s completely worth it! A very clean and charming apartment with a lovely kitchen and great walkability to the lake and nearby restaurants. We appreciated the clothes washer too. Comfortable for our group of 5. I’d highly recommend this place and I would stay here again. I appreciate how they had many pamphlets with things to do in the area.

We stayed with two small children and had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is very comfortable and located in a lovely small village with its own shop. Surrounded by beautiful nature. Sašo and Darja are very kind and helpful hosts. We'd be happy to come back. 😊

Host was very helpful and accommodating, and the property is spacious and very clean. The view is stunning, and we loved our walk from the house through the flower meadows to the lake. We also enjoyed a number of other walks from the doorstep into the pristine countryside using our Cicerone Julian Alps of Slovenia guide book. Handy little supermarket a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed two evening meals in Gostilna Mihovc.

For everyone, the accommodation at Robi's is highly recommended. A wonderful apartment with a great terrace. We felt very comfortable. The communication with Robi is phenomenal and his tips excellent, thank you so much dear Robi

As already described, the apartment is in an older building, but is renovated to the highest standard and equipped with everything you need! In front of the house you can park very well, the town with restaurants is within walking distance. Barbara welcomed us with a small welcome greeting, gave valuable tips and was (although on vacation herself) always easy to reach. Five stars and a big thank you again!

Calm stay in a cozy and clean apartment in Tolmin near the center. We recommend this apartment. Doroteja is a very helpful and friendly host.

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

Miha’s place was the perfect location to celebrate my father in laws 70th birthday. The location is perfect- walkable to Lake Bled but so peaceful and quiet with beautiful Mountain Views. The hot tub was squeaky clean and was a lovely added bonus to the stay. Miha was a great host and allowed us to drop our bags earlier than check in which was great.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, nice outdoor area for dining outdoors. Very close to the Redipuglia Memorial, so close that you can walk there. You can park along the outside street, which is a bit narrow but not a problem. Monica and her husband are very kind and caring. I highly recommend it.
