The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Me and my family come to Rayong every year for many years. This villa was one of the best! New quipments, very clean, perfect location and reasonable price! The host was very helpful. We definitely come again! ;)

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place. The house is stunning – spacious, beautifully renovated, and equipped with air conditioning in every room. Everything felt brand new, spotless, and extremely well cared for. The property sits within a gorgeous, high-end gated community with two swimming pools, lush landscaping, and a calm, secure atmosphere. It’s also just a short walk to a lovely beach and surrounded by a fantastic selection of delicious restaurants. One of the true highlights was the garden – it’s absolutely gorgeous, huge, and immaculately maintained. It offered the perfect space to relax, enjoy meals outdoors, and let the kids play safely. Jonathan was an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Communication was smooth and effortless from start to finish, and everything was perfectly organised. This was the most comfortable and enjoyable stays we’ve had anywhere. I can’t recommend it highly enough – a truly five-star experience!

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

Villa is awesome like dream house everything was comfortable just like home. We had one of the best times and we will be visiting again for sure. Thank you Sek for great hosting and arranging everything what we asked including bike. We enjoyed everyday fresh coconuts from directly Villa tree, was one of the best experiences and ofcourse beach in front of Villa, calm quite peaceful time relaxing …. Marriott was one of best thing too which is just next 2 min you can enjoy free gym etc …get 20% discount on Villa pass on food very reasonable. Overall it was wow time we had. Our family had a great time. My mom is 84 y/o and she enjoy walking on the beach which is about 100 meters from the house. The house is nice, cleaned and plenty of room for 6 of us. We rent the bbq grill from the office to cooked some seafood we bought from Suan Son seafood market ( about 7 km from the house). One negative thing is the bath towels and the bath mats are very old and need to be replaced.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Undoubtedly a hidden gem! This place is right in front of the beautiful sea, with crystal-clear water where you can literally see the bottom. The beach in front of the apartment is peaceful and uncrowded—you’ll feel like you have it all to yourself. The room is spacious, with a powerful AC and a 195-liter fridge, which is super convenient. Literally, everything here is perfect! There’s an amazing smoothie bar just behind the BnB, and the breakfast at Flow Cafe is absolutely delicious. You have everything you need in one place: grab some beers, order satay from friendly local vendors who come right to you, and relax in this stunning setting. Highly recommended—you won’t regret it! Sia and her sister are absolutely amazing people—so warm, helpful, and welcoming.

Our stay was great. we wanted peace and quiet and that is what we got.

We stayed for 5 days during Songkran festival. It was so peaceful and comfortable place. The house is located near the beach although we didn't try to walk to the beach but it was a short drive. We loved the kitchen which is fully equipped and a big dinning table. My family enjoyed the pool and beautiful garden. Thanks Ingvor and the staff. Very happy stayed.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Beautifully secluded complex, during the day the beach is besieged by influencers, but at the latest at the sunset, peace and quiet returns. That the path to the complex is currently being expanded, I assume that the ambience will change, whether it has to be for the better. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We were so happy to spend a few days in this peaceful place in front of the sea. The house was big enough for our group of 7 people. Great restaurants & bars in the surroundings. 100% accurate, just like the pictures. Basic rooms in great resort. The highlight of this place is that you can use the resorts amenities, beautiful private beach to swim or snorkel. very friendly staff with live music & fire show every night.
