Hotel holiday rentals in Ko Samet

Perfect stay with a 10min walk to the beautiful beach! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and they also provided room-service if desired. It looks just like the pictures and matches the description. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The most important thing is that the host and the front desk staff of this place are excellent. The communication was great with quick responses. Also, a couple of minor issues in the room were taken care of very quickly! The location is great and the room is pretty clean. For the price I did not find anything anywhere near this type of a room, so I'm very happy. Walkable to the ferry terminal, 2 different beaches, a taxi stand and a main street with restaurants and bars. Honestly, one of the best locations to explore the island.

- Easy access from airport * 3 buses/day from Suvarnabhumi International Airport are available (7:50 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm). * Paknamprasae Intersection is the stop you should get off at. * 200 Baht/person - So wonderful local atmosphere (I never forget that throughout my life) * The host's home (built by his parents) are really comfortable to be at with Thai-style furnitures, billiards place as well as Wi-Fi, AC, fridge, kitchen. * Prasae Morning Market (2-min walk from the home) offers you a lot of local foods, fruits, daily consumables with reasonable, local price everyday. * Small vendors/restaurants around the market are also amazing. * Prasae River and Shore are likely to let us relaxed and forget our daily "To Do". - Friendly, but professional host * The host, ex-hotel employee, can use English. * His knowledge and information are very accurate. * If you have something to do or somewhere to go, the first choice should be asking him about that. I really make a recommendation to all of you, but more than that, keep it my secret...

everything was really good

The whole place is clean and new. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air conditioner is cool, but the room is next to the pool. The air conditioner works. The heat can't be cold. The curtains should be thin for this room. And the room should have a bin, a garbage bag. The central hall is perfect for a spacious gathering. We can play VR games that we bring ourselves comfortably. The center of the pool is very beautiful. It is comfortable to swim at the children's pond. The fountain is fun to play. Walk out of the house across the road and the beach. But the sea is not very beautiful. There will be garbage along the beach. Mae Phim Beach is more beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants on the beach. I love it if you have the opportunity to stay here again. 😄😄👍👍👍✨✨✨

Very good recommendation, comfortable, nice and tidy. You can go anywhere as long as you have a motorbike. Staying in this hotel on the island is a good choice.

We had an awesome time here. K. Krit and the staff were super nice. We stayed during the rainy season, so we didn’t spend the whole day outside, but that wasn’t a problem because there were two nice pools and a cool bar with good music where we could just chill all day. The location was really peaceful and quiet. K. Krit was also really helpful whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Definitely planning to come back again!

We liked this place because it was out of the way from the big party areas. You can still go to them by walking or taking a taxi/scooter. Very friendly staff. We were very happy to stay here.

The condo situates in a surprisingly good location. It was Songkran festival and the main front road was paralyzed but we could use the back road as a convenient detour. The place itself had everything we need, from bathroom amenities to kitchen utensils and appliances (loved the hybrid microwave). The hot water machine went broke but the owner was so tentative and arranged a technician for the fix. All in all, you won't be disappointed staying here.

The location where the accommodation is located is very convenient, there is everything nearby whether it is beaches/ restaurant/ bars in addition it is located not far from the main port of the island, which is convenient to access on foot. Khun Mook is very responsive to respond to the message in case of problems and does everything possible to ensure that our requests are processed. I recommend their homes.

Directly at the beach, room clean. Checking was a bit complicated, but work out after some phonecalls. People were very friendly. Beach was also cleaned after stormy night, restaurants available. Seafood restaurants near the hotel at seaside are very good.
