Absolutely recommended. Accommodation with great views and great location to explore the area. Rainer is super friendly and accommodating. Everything was sparkling clean and well appointed. We enjoyed it.

We had an amazing stay at Samantha’s place. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, the beds & couch are very comfortable, it was clean and very well maintained. The wood fired hot tub was amazing in the evening and the Braai pit was perfect. We loved it and will for sure come back when we get the chance.

This was a safe area where we could walk through the neighborhood. It is close to everything in Knysna. It was very clean and having a washer was really helpful. Wifi seemed slow. The property has a lot of steps, but that was fine for our family. It was nice to have multiple seating areas so we could sit together or spread out when we wanted to. Host offered information on local attractions and had coffee, milk, and sugar for when we arrived.

From booking to checkout Doug and Carla were great hosts. Doug accommodated a late check-in, helped us register with security to access Thesen Island, and took us to the property for a walk-through. The home was spotless, incredibly spacious, and had every utility and modcon you need. A pleasant surprise was the addition of a pool between booking and arrival. The outside space and boat deck make for the ultimate Knysna vacation spent on the water. The restaurants and bars of Thesen Harbour Town are a 5 min walk. We will be back. Thank You!

We had an incredible few days at the house in Knysna! It was so comfortable and inviting that we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed swimming, braaiing and relaxing while watching movies together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, plus some lovely extras. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable .The owners Kate and Grant, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to return whenever possible. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it!

Excellent location in a quiet “side corner”, not 150m walk from the main frontage of the lagoon with its view through The Knysna Heads, and close to Bollard Beach. If it’s privacy you are after it’s hard to beat this location. Not to mention privacy within the home - we loved the unique design of this house where the “master bedroom” is elevated and has two “interleading” doors (with stairs in between) to the rest of the house, making for absolute peace even when other guests are enjoying the kitchen and lounge spaces. The turret room is also exceptionally private, even when other guests are downstairs in the lovely TV lounge. There are several outside lounging spaces, a beautiful garden, two braai options and more than enough space for everyone. The very clean pool with a stunning blue night light was a treat. The kitchen has everything, including gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a very impressive stock of glassware! We loved our stay here! Thank you.

I had a great stay at this Elize and Jannie’s beautiful place. It had all I needed and more and a wonderful view out towards the lagoon and sea. Elize was super responsive, personable and provided lots of recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

The place is so beautiful and neat. A 1000% as seen on the pictures. There is a pristine pool just a walking distance away. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you could possibly need. The security is top tier. A real treat for someone looking for a peaceful stay away from the city. There is also a shopping mall for groceries (Checkers) and (Dischem) a +-2 mins walking distance away

Lovely unit, very well and considerately stocked with milk, tea, coffee, etc. Comfiest couch ever! Highly recommended.

Really Great Spot The Gaurd’s at main gate were so friendly. Close enough to everything and looks exactly like pictures. Will definitely be back

This place is amazing and exceptionally beautiful. Everything is within walking distance, the restaurants are great. Heather thank you by the time we got there we had all the information and more for activities places to eat and all. We enjoyed and loved our stay.
