Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Knox County

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were amazing, and we had no lack of things to do! The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived, full of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms, with cabinets full of disposable toothbrushes and razors, plus hotel soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. It was very spacious, and we all slept comfortably as the beds were all large, comfortable and clean. The details of the space were immaculate, as it all fit the theme, and demonstrated the city of Knoxville well! It’s within walking distance of Market Square, the Tennessee Theater, and a large portion of Downtown Knoxville! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the place! It made my wedding weekend so much better than it already was!!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

We can’t say enough about our stay. Gregory and the family were so kind and comfortable to talk to. Communication was excellent. The home was outstanding. Everything was very clean, well taken care of, and well stocked. The location is so close to downtown Knoxville but you don’t feel like it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved everything about our stay there and this will be our go to place for our trips to Knoxville.

John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

We had a wonderful time… The place was clean and very close to everything that we needed. We loved the extra effort taken into giving us popcorn and the blueberry muffins at arrival. The water pressure was incredible. The bed was comfortable. All the amenities were awesome. Our next trip to Knoxville… We will be back.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

We had a great stay at Ethan’s place! The home was very clean & organized. We loved the screened in back porch to sit on. We felt right at home from the second we got there. The living room and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. I loved that instructions & restaurant recommendations were left on the fridge for us! Ethan was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very happy with our stay here and if we’re ever in the area again we’d definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights as part of a longer road trip and found everything very comfortable and well appointed. Centrally located and really appreciate the pet friendly hospitality and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you.

Nikki's home is very cozy and welcoming, both inside and outside. The outdoors area is very peaceful with ample seating, is well lit, has a gas firepit in one area, and a gas grill in another. Perfect for a relaxing evening outside. The inside is comfortable, clean, also has plenty of seating, has all of the comforts of home, and the beds are extremely comfortable. She is a fantastic communicator, very responsive. We loved staying at Nikki's home and would most definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Denton and John's home. We used it for family members in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect for relaxing and gathering together. There were so many areas to sit and have a great conversation. The home was well decorated and super comfortable. We will use this home again when family members come to Knoxville.

David and his team provided excellent information prior to the trip. The house was very comfortable and clean. Information book was very informative with great instructions for the tv and thermostat. Everything was as described in the home overview and accommodating for older parents.

What a gem! This house was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect blend of old and new and beautifully decorated. It sits on a private lot overlooking the city and I could not have asked for a better place to host family during an unexpected loss. If there was any reason to contact our host, she was very responsive and provided quick solutions to requests. I definitely hope to rent this lovely place again.

Had a short night stay, but the house was clean updated nice! Right off 75 and great for snowbirds and the like for a “half way stop” south! Had a business trip in Tn and it was a great location for us. Easy check in, clean, updated, great location!

Everything was great! On Saturday, there was a farmers market right outside in Market Square. That was nice. We really enjoyed the convenience of being in the middle of everything. The only downside which really wasn’t a big issue was that the floors are really squeaky. You could everyone walking at all times. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Nice apartment in a vibrant historic part of town.. lots of shops, restaurants, taverns & government buildings. Quite a find!

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . I would recommend David’s unit to anyone.😁

As Good as It Gets is Top Notch! Clean, perfect size, beds comfortable - woke up every morning feeling like I was in my own home. Perfect location - walking distance to Old City & Downtown! Price was right! Safe and secure! Central to everything! Waaaaaay better than staying in hotel! Parking everywhere and yes, you have to pay for parking, but 24-hour lot rates are still cheaper than hotel parking charges. As a host, Blake is super friendly. He is extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiry. Check-in/Check-out process easy. Super pleased with whole experience and great value for the three days stay! Hope to stay there again at some point.

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
