Very comfortable and functional apartment. Recommendations

I had an amazing time at this place. I was working from home, also sightseeing and in the evenings chilling on the balcony with the amazing view the flat has to offer. Restaurants, shops and all main attractions are super close. I love walking so I walked to all of them which required 10min to 1hr by foot depending on the attraction but there was no need for taxi. The host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you for this lovely stay. Nis and their people are beautiful!

Jelena is an excellent host, very communicative and full of understanding for her guests. The apartment is just like in the pictures—clean, very nicely decorated, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area. Everything is relatively close, so you can explore Sokobanja by walking. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, which is even more beautiful in person.. Everything in the apartment is beautiful, new and very clean.. It is a very quiet part of the city, you get to the city center quickly and you have complete peace and quiet for rest.. Stefan is lovely, we easily agreed on everything, he waited for us on arrival and accompanied us the next day.. He tries to make sure you feel the most comfortable and available always if you need anything.. Everyday, and a big hello to the host Stefano!🤗

Tijana's place is just perfect! The location is in city center, just a short walk from all the main attractions. It's very well-equipped and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. Communication with Tijana was excellent and very easy. Highly recommended!

The place was just great! Everything was modern and very tastefully decorated, just as described. The apartment was sparkling clean, and there was nothing missing – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy furniture. The location was quiet, but still well connected, so you can get everywhere quickly. The host was extremely friendly and thoughtful. I would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful and kind hosts, always available for every request. The food is an extra cost, but made from organic vegetables, fresh eggs, and lots of love - worth ever single penny!! The place is very clean, and has everything one can need. Small stores within walkable distance. Very grateful for this expirience.

Great place! The apartment is perfect for couples. The hot tub and the sauna are very easy to operate. Nis is 20 minutes away and has a lot of things that you can do. Also 3 minutes from the apartment there is a restaurant with delicious food, its a good option if you do not want to go to the city. The place itself has a private parking and the host is really friendly, speaks English and Bulgarian.

Nela's place is perfect if you need a comfortable place to rest. I loved the parking in front of the apartment, and that it has everything you need.

We had a great time in the apartment, when we arrived everything was tidy and smelled clean. Petar sent us very detailed instructions for entering the apartment and quickly responded to messages. A very big plus is the parking in the garage of the building and the location of the building itself because you can realistically reach everywhere on foot. Of course, the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake here, it's really relaxing.
