Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kłodzko County

Staying in this cottage turned out to be a real hit! We arrived with 6 people, with a toddler, and each of us had enough space to feel at ease and comfortable. The cottage is spacious, well-maintained, and really clean, which was a huge plus for us. The location is great for families – there are plenty of walking routes in the area that are great for trolley getaways. Many of them take asphalt roads, making walking with a child not only comfortable, but also safe and pleasant. The neighborhood is picturesque, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, which is conducive to relaxation. The host deserves a special highlight – always available, quick to answer our questions, and was eager to share local tips. Moreover, his parents live nearby and were always ready to help, and yet the cottage also provides complete privacy. If you are looking for a place that combines comfort, beautiful surroundings and a friendly atmosphere, we highly recommend it.

A great place that looks even better than the photos. It was very clean and there was everything you could want to clean - bags, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher tablets, everything you need. The house is very well equipped (dishes, pots, etc.), very large, great place for fire, sauna. The host is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

This place was out of this world. I am incredibly grateful that I was able to be there - that's where my new life began.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Poland so far! There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and the apartment is perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. The host was very responsive, helpful, and even accepted special requests for arrival.

The house is fantastic and leaves nothing to be desired. I have rarely had such good amenities in accommodations, everything was taken care of. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house (especially for families with children it is a dream!!!) The area is rather quiet and secluded. Quite and peaceful. Nice terrace with chairs. The apartments are on top of the hill but there is a shortcut to almost city centre.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed – well-equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine (though we didn’t end up using it, it was great to have it available). The sofa was comfortable to sleep on, and the sauna was a fantastic bonus – a real added value to our stay. There were plenty of games available for kids, both desktop and PlayStation, and having access to Netflix was a nice touch. The neighborhood and apartment complex were quiet, and the parking space was spacious enough for our car. The area is very walkable, and the town itself is charming and offers plenty of things to do and explore.

The apartment is clean and well located (good base for skiing for greenery) , host very helpful, the apartment looked exactly the same as in the photos, the biggest plus was the possibility of staying with the dog, I honestly recommend this place

Located on a creek, you can hear the pleasant buzz of water. Interior in a cozy atmosphere, clean, warm, decorated with taste, keeping the "soul" of an old house. Despite the very cold nights, the house was warm. Good location, practically in the center, yet off the beaten path. The hosts were very friendly, took good care of our comfort and well-being. The apartment is very nice. Pros: - two rooms, two bathrooms (as described) - parking space - from the center of Kudowa-Zdrój 10 minutes on foot - BBQ - Anna, the owner, very helpful - Quiet, quiet and safe neighborhood - we were in 4 people, with two young children - the price is quite attractive Cons: - quite a small kitchen, also hard to cook, but if someone goes sightseeing, it doesn't bother you Summary: Highly recommend. Not only because of the apartment, but also an interesting neighborhood. Kudowa-Zdrój itself has a lot to offer. Rope park, Toy Museum, Water Drinking Rooms, Open Air Conditioning, Small Zoo, Skull Chapel. In addition, a lot of attractions around (about an hour by car), like Kras Morawski, Rock Forest in the Adrszpaskie Skały, Czech Republic
