The spa is small but met all our expectations. The place is very nice, too bad so many nice places ruined the floods. A large park suitable for walking with a small dog. We'd love to come back and recommend to our friends.

The stay went smoothly Even with an early arrival, there was no problem checking in A clean room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom that's recently renovated, a plus stay 🙂

A very comfortable apartment perfect for our family of 5 people. Everything you needed, the apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and a kitchen. Convenient driving distance to Dusznik or Zieleniec. Nice burgers and pizza 3 minutes from the apartment in Bistro Borowina, close to Biedronka or Dino. Recommended.

Very good and open contact with the host. Interesting, original decor of the apartment - you can get away from it all. Warm heaters and board games. A tidy shower head - who has long hair understands the advantage. The apartment on the 4th floor - you can practice the buttocks :D In the kitchen, it would be nice to add one pot (one small one is), although cooking pasta in a deep frying pan can be interesting:)

We loved our week in this apartment. It's what we needed - quiet, spacious, clean. Everything just worked and we had plenty of kitchen gear and towels/linens. Very comfortable stay. And the apartment is actually nicer than it looks in the pictures! Also has decent views of the trees and hills surrounding the apartment (along with a few scenic houses as well).

Slept really well and found the place to have everything I needed and clean throughout. Location is very good for seeing the sights. The town actually exceed my initial expectations.

Pros: - two rooms, two bathrooms (as described) - parking space - from the center of Kudowa-Zdrój 10 minutes on foot - BBQ - Anna, the owner, very helpful - Quiet, quiet and safe neighborhood - we were in 4 people, with two young children - the price is quite attractive Cons: - quite a small kitchen, also hard to cook, but if someone goes sightseeing, it doesn't bother you Summary: Highly recommend. Not only because of the apartment, but also an interesting neighborhood. Kudowa-Zdrój itself has a lot to offer. Rope park, Toy Museum, Water Drinking Rooms, Open Air Conditioning, Small Zoo, Skull Chapel. In addition, a lot of attractions around (about an hour by car), like Kras Morawski, Rock Forest in the Adrszpaskie Skały, Czech Republic

Highly recommend, good starting point for Zieleniec, clean nice apartment, according to the photos. It is possible to sign up for the sauna with the doorman. Uncovered parking right next to the building and there are always free spaces.

Michael is a nice man! The apartment is very modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable. Great place to relax!

Beautiful newly furnished apartment, well-equipped (dishes, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron,...). The bedrooms are small, but we spent most of our time in the shared room anyway. The wellness is for an additional fee, and it was always well-prepared after the order. The cleanliness was perfect everywhere (in the apartment, in the hallways, and wellness). The hosts are very kind and helpful.

This was such a delightful cottage, on the ground floor below our hosts. It was even better than the photos and all of the rooms were big and well equipped with a garden area outside and separate stunning garden across the track with lots of beautiful cool seats to sit on and read in the heat of the afternoon and a BBQ area. Our hosts were lovely and we had extra generous treats from their garden. It is a 10 min walk into the village for shops and a very good restaurant. We also walked into the Stolwye mountains from there too (about 10-15km). I would highly recommend this gem.

A big thank you to the owners of this home for their warm welcome. Beautiful mountain view, relaxing place with sauna. This trip will leave a mark in our hearts for a long time. Very comfortable conditions, hosts are lovely people, hospitable and caring. I highly recommend everyone to use this apartment where you can relax both body and soul.

The apartment was great — clean, modern, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed my stay. However, communication could have been better. Responses were a bit delayed and not very friendly. I also asked if early check-in was possible, but they said no, as the standard check-in time is 16:00. Overall, a good experience with the apartment itself, but communication could be improved
