The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Where bread was still handed over the counter 100 years ago, you can now stay in the bakery, which was completely renovated in 2023. Your apartment is very central, cozy and modern. Also very suitable for cyclists due to the bicycle cellar. The in-house café is on the same level and offers (closed on Sundays and public holidays) a diverse selection of regional craftsmanship. The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandpit are at the disposal of large and small guests for relaxation. The house has, depending on occupancy, up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
