Downtown house/smallholding with rural location

House/smallholding centrally on beautiful Jæren. Rural idyll, but at the same time central. Only 1,5 km away from Bryne city centre. 500 meters to the nearest grocery store. The whole house has a lovely view of Frøylandsvatnet. Wake up in bed and enjoy the view with a cuppa, or sit in the good chair in the living room and enjoy views and wildlife beyond the windows. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of a couple of sea eagles in search of the day's meal. Close to many nice attractions such as Jærstrendene , the royal park and many great mountain hikes.

Beautiful residence, close to great beaches good for surfing

Centrally located in the middle of a rural setting is this great big house. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, only 10 minutes from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norways best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjo river. Within 30 minutes can get to urban places like Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Pulpit Rock are only 1h. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

Apartment from 2013 of 84m2. Nice view over Frøylandsvatnet which is a popular hiking area. Two bedrooms with 2 beds in each bedroom and a mattress. The living room has 3 sofas and a modern fireplace. It comes with bright TV and internet. Note that is not allowed with a party in the apartment, and there is quiet time in the unit between 23 and 07. Well-equipped kitchen with large dining table. Will especially highlight the hiking trail along Frøylandsvatnet and the bridge Midgardsormen over to Njåskogen. Train stop; Øksnavadport. Bus route 22 Sandnes- Kverneland, bus stop 8 min walk from the house.

Det er fem minutter å gå til matbutikk. Fine turmuligheter i området. 20min gåtur til togstasjon, som tar deg til Bryne, Sandnes og Stavanger.
