The house is located a stone's throw from Stokkalandsvatnet and offers great views, peaceful location, swimming opportunity in the water and nice hiking opportunities. Within walking distance from the house you will find a train station, bus stop, city bikes, grocery stores and bakery. A 3 km hike through Sandvedparken leads you to the city center with a large selection of shops, restaurants and cultural offerings. In less than an hour you reach the Pulpit Rock and the Lysefjord, and great sandy beaches on Jæren you reach in 15 minutes.

Centrally located in the middle of a rural setting is this great big house. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, only 10 minutes from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norways best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjo river. Within 30 minutes can get to urban places like Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Pulpit Rock are only 1h. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

Nytt stort og moderne hus i Sandnes. Huset er en 10 min togtur fra urbane Stavanger sentrum, og 5 min fra Sandnes sentrum. Matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet. Stort, flott og eksklusivt, men samtidig veldig koselig. Her vil du føle deg som hjemme selv om du er på ferie. Det er veldig sentralt plassert og et glimrende utgangspunkt for turer til Kjerag og Preikestolen. Hva med en tur til Jærens flotte strender, Kjerag eller Preikestolen. Det er også fantastisk natur rett rundt huset.

Enjoy a stylish experience in a central location. You will stay quietly but centrally located. You can enjoy the proximity to nature (mountains and the lake a few minutes by foot, the Jær beaches a few minutes by car or a slightly longer ride by bus). You will find lonely places to enjoy nearby areas or you take a trip to the city (Sandnes 20min on foot, or car/bus 3min) to shop, eat out or just to explore. Either way, you'll come home to a quiet and cozy place :)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will find several playgrounds just outside the house, there is a short distance to hiking areas and you can walk away and swim in Stokkelandsvannet. It is also a short drive to several of the Jær beaches. Walking distance to bus stop and train station. If you live here, you can plan a visit to Sandnes, Stavanger, Prekestolen and Kjeragbolten.

Familien din vil være i nærheten av alt når du bor på dette sentralt beliggende stedet. Nyere, lys og moderne leilighet med sentrums beliggenhet og god takhøyde. Enkel tilgang til alt med 2-5 minutters gang til butikker, barer og i nærheten av vakker natur. Parkeringsplass rett ved inngangsdør. Leiligheten ligger 100 m fra togstasjonen og 50 m fra Taxi som gjør det enkelt med en bytur om ønskelig.

Orstad Utsyn is located on a ridge and has a good view. The town of Orstad/ Kverneland has groceries, various takeaway, hairdresser, medical center and several hiking areas. Will especially highlight the hiking trail along Frøylandsvatnet and the bridge Midgardsormen over to Njåskogen. Train stop; Øksnavadport. Bus route 22 Sandnes- Kverneland, bus stop 8 min walk from the house.
