Beautiful residence, close to great beaches good for surfing

Centrally located in rural surroundings is this great big house. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, just 10 min from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norway's best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjoelven. Within 30 min you can get to urban places like Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Prekestolen are only 1 hour away. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

Short distance to Sandnes city center, and easy to get to, among other things, Stavanger and Bryne. The apartment is located right by Sandvedparken (1 min), Stokkelandsvannet (10 min), Kiwi Lundehaugen (grocery store, 5 min) and Ganddal train station (10 min). Nytt og moderne rekkhus med landlig utsikt. Huset er 110 kvadratmeter med to soverom samt en sovesofa. Stuen og kjøkkenet er i 2. etasje og har derfor en fantastisk utsikt. Boligen har en skjermet terrasse i første etasje med oppvarmet jacuzzi. Det er en balkong i 2. etasje med flott utsikt og kveldssol. Det er flere lekeplasser i gåavstand og nabolaget er rolig. Bare noen minutter unna ligger en elv man kan bade i. Huset ligger 20 minutter med bil fra Kongeparken, og den flotte borestranden.
